In the theme, we use the functionality to zoom the image and the ability to swipe the slides of this gallery. But as you know, the gallery is not a post and there is no content to display in them. https://prnt.sc/7pvBTDec1muT Most likely that you need an additional plugin for this that can do this.You can see all the features of the theme on the demo site.
Hello, I dont use my license at all but when i tried today to install the theme on a website it says : You have exceeded the allowed number of active websites. Please deactivate your license on other websites.
Any way to reset license in able to use it.
I really don’t use it on one of my websites at all they are all with generate press or Kadence.

Hello. Your wordfence on support system is too aggressive and it restricts my ability to call for support. Anyways. I have changed the logo to my own but it reverted to “girlboss” (I have used demo settings before in “appearance” section). Now that I have reset it, it went back to my settings but displays “text” instead of “logo image”. Regardless of settings in Appearance, this thing does not change. I would like to sort it out as it’s obviously a bug. It used to work before but somehow reset.
Again, after an hour, still cannot login into support system because of Wordfence. I think there must be some cache because now, that I have somehow solved the first problem, the logo is different between main page and post page (post page has previous version). Dark mode is OK. Please disable this wordfence nonsense as I have no time to fiddle with it, it also does not like when there are “quotes” in the ticket text…

I’d like to purchase this item again for a new blog but I’m a bit hesitant. Here’s why.. I currently use this theme on another blog I own and love it BUT when I tried to switch it to another demo version of Authentic, it overwrote all of my content and started me from zero. So I ended up changing it back. Was this just operator error or is this truly how it is?

Hi there. Was a user of Authentic for a few years until Canvas plugin broke the capacity of writing posts an edit pages. I checked each plugin one by one and Canvas is the culprit. Funny thing, I just bought and installed Squaretype and it works. I’d need to buy a second license to receive full support for Authentic, but I don’t know if it’s worth it. I want to continue with Authentic though, can you help me solve it?

I have already purchased Blueprint, but I need to start another website with potentially a header and footer like Authentic. I like Authentic a lot (especially for the great amount of demos), but I see there is not a WooCommerce version? Furthermore, I have to build a portal/magazine type of website using substantial plugins (membership section, WComm, directories, multiply authors). If Authentic is not feasible, could you suggest which of your WP theme could maybe be more suitable for this use? Thanks

1. Can we add sub title apart from adding title to post. ?? 2. There is no category i can see all demo …all demo shows random articles added …is there any possibility to show like fashion category and it ill display on that particular post … interviews and it will show post from that particular category ??

gr8 ..now last question…header can we add youtube video like on gossip theme i can see video from you tube but it doesn’t have sound

Video on pause and without control buttons loses its meaning, you can use just a image instead.
For videos with sound, it is recommended to add in content a video embed, and after opening the page, the user himself will click on the play.
on mobile we cannot see video playing infact it doesn’t show on mobile …even its does not have sound it doesn’t show on mobile device any reason

True buying theme comes if client satisfy what he /she is looking before purchase… My queries very simple… As I mentioned video doesn’t play on mobile… Where as desktop it works fine… Is it glitch or this is the way theme is… I already sent gossip theme which I am going to buy but if on mobile video doesn’t play no use since am launching magazine n video will be keep changing and almost all viewers interested in mobile view….
