How to add porto event in gutenberg editor. As their is no porto event element i can’t able to display it.. Query loop works but it is showing as post its not like an Porto element in VC or elementor.
After updating the theme to the latest version i got some issues in the product page, the layout of the product page has been changed and I can’t see the (add to Basket) button. also the product details goes down and the button to add the product to the basket is disappeared !!

When we hover on to the sub menu items it shows the infinite loading effect and sub menu items aren’t loaded. You have to go to Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Performance and disable the “Lazy Load Sub Menus” option: https://postlmg.cc/QFZ075qK save changes and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

I have tried everything possible to remove the popup on the homepage. I imported using elementor.

I also did this Go to the Porto >> Template Builder >> There you will see the block of ‘Newsletter-Popup’ you can edit the block content or simply delete the block to remove the popup from your site but it remained.
Then I tried editing it directly from the front end and deleting. That just left the screen opaque when it loads.
So how do I get rid of it?

1- Actually, for the Elementor page builder. Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> edit the “Newsletter Popup” block with Elementor there you will see the condition button as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/F7jNQS7k simply click on it and remove the condition from it check the image here: https://postimg.cc/YvGVHKXn then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
2- The second, way is also the same edit the page with Elementor open the navigator to find the “Modal Box” widget just like this: https://postimg.cc/LqBFcF5d simply remove this widget and save settings then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
The 2nd way did not work for some reason but No 1 worked. Was able to delete the condition display and that worked. Deleting the whole block or marking it as draft never worked.

That is because of your server issue, It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.
So please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it for you on your site.

when i am trying to add the Currency Switcher to the menu or the header it cause a white page!

Almost exactly after one year the webpage stopped working properly. I am sure it is a coincidence, but after we updated to WP6.1 and updated theme and plugins, the PORTO theme encountered a fatal error so the webpage is non usable anymore. We are currently in a process of restoring the page but it was not the files but the database problem. It says it is compatible with new WP and plugins, but there are constant problems…
