Hi, we are having same issue, indicated few weeks ago to your support, with the Shop visualization page on mobile. The theme is GoStore.
The Shop page is blank (from the left) for 70% of the width of tha mobile page. I’m using W3 Total Cache. To solve it, I have to delete the cache, every two days, and this issue is solved.
You replied me that it was a cache issue. Maybe you are right but why others pages don’t have same issue? Is it normal that a Woocommerce store with Wordpress shouldn’t use a cache plugin for your team? Why is your theme is not compatible with cache plugins?
Please we need a technical solution useful to solve the issue.

Did you configure the caching plugin as our article https://skygroup.ticksy.com/article/7374/? If no, please check the article and change your settings. Please clear cache after changing. Please note that you need to input the correct page permalink. Example, in your case, /shop/ is /tienda/.

Your theme can work with Dokan?
If can, at the product detail page, allow displaying different buttons and URLs (to optimize for Affiliate and Dropshipping)?
Example URLs to:
1. Order (default always available) 2. Buy on Shopee 3. Buy on Lazada 4. Buy on Amazon 5. Zalo Messaging 6. Whatsapp messaging 7. Facebook Messaging
And more buttons and URLs will be added later. Vendor can show or unshow buttons when URL or none URL input
If you can customize, What time your estimating? And How money?

Hi, can you please advise where I can 1) change the color of the product description and short description, both of them are displayed in Grey color instead of Black. 2) set the attribute as bold on product details page, it is being displayed as regular text.

Hi, I have an issue on GoStore. My website is militariabcn.com. If you visit my shop (it doesn’t matter the language selected), in the categories list (on the left), it’s appearing a “Sin Categorizar” category with 27 items. If you click on this category, you don’t have nothing. This category is empty. And it’s correct but there’s a wrong count. Please could you help to solve it? Regards

I imported the demo content, but it is still only showing image placeholders. How can import the actual content that is shown in the demos?

When you import the demo content, all demo images are replaced by placeholder images because of ThemeForest’s policy.

Because you installed the incorrect package. Your package contains document, license, theme package, ..., not the installable package. You need to extract your package and install the gostore.zip file.

good afternoon i m having an issue with my website. When i try to log on (Front End) its gets stuck in the loading screen. (Screenshot attached) I tried to disable the loading screen, and it shows that it is disabled, but when I try to log in to my website again it still shows the stuck loading screen. I cleared the cache and browsing data to make sure it is not an issue with my computer. Can you help me with this, please?
