Hello, I would like to ad scrolling as an option on mobile so the visitor can scroll to the different sections of the page instead of having to only use the navigation arrow. How would I go about setting this up?

This is already set up for all overlay sections on mobile devices. We kept the transition normal between the intro/home screen to the overlay sections to keep the vibe of the gravity layout.

I am trying to get around the issue of video not playing on mobile. Would it be possible to upload WP Media manager and then add a snippet of code somewhere to allow the video to play from my wordpress host? We decided to not include a video background on mobile devices because of 2 things.
1. High data transfer on mobile devices. Users tend to instantly leave a page due to auto-playing videos simply to save mobile bandwidth/data volume.
2. The video is extremely cut on the sides of mobile phones. To fully fit the portrait screen the vide screen video has to scale a lot in height. That means in the end you only see about +- 50% of the video screen estate.
Therefore we deiced to replace the video with an image on mobile devices.
However, we could figure a solution for you out. In case you still want the video on mobile.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the Gravity Theme’s built in forms to work.
I’m using Godaddy to host and I’ve had them check everything on their end and it all seems to be fine. SMTP and PHPmail() both are sending so I don’t think it’s a server setting.
I’m trying to send it to a google workspace email account attached to the domain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as the forms are pretty much the only reason to use this theme…

I just purchased this them and while going through and setting this up I came across this issue and cant seem to get anywhere. Any idea what my issue could be and the cause? its when I active the plugin gravity core I get this every time.
Fatal error: Cannot declare class OCDI_Plugin, because the name is already in use in /home/remodel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-core/one-click-demo-import/one-click-demo-import.php on line 21
I was able to fix my issue and have the theme up and running. Looking really good for a temp page. Love the theme and very easy to set up once I got my issue dealt with. Just deleted everything and started fresh.

I’m sorry I mixed something up.
Both forms are custom-made widgets for the page builder.
You can use the gravity forms plugin however the forms will look different because it is not styled like the gravity theme.

we want the page to scroll normally in both – the desktop version and the responsive version, without having to use the button (Open Overlay). The scrolling behavior should be the same as when I clicked on the button. Not section by section (fading or sliding). We need it urgent. Because the user experience is horrible. Today everyone wants to scroll without clicking on an arrow.
And how can I customize the text in the text slider?

this is not nessacry. We integrated a honeypot captcha into the form.
The honeypot method has nearly the same spam protection withhout the interuption of the user.

Hello, I have already created WP Bakery website. Can I use your coming soon design at the beginig of website on the same domain? Once open my existing site, I want that people see your Gravity Design in the whole screen. unfortunately, you can’t autoplay audio at the moment. Due to the latest autoplay policies adopted by all major browsers.

I’ve seen others ask this question, but don’t see an answer about the issue.
On Desktop version, the overlay button to the next section works just fine. But on mobile, there is no response. The hero button also works on mobile. We need the button to work also on mobile to switch to the next section.

The forms are not working no matter what i try and do. I’ve spent all day trying to fix them, no luck. The Arrow “send” buttons don’t link anywhere when you go with the cursor on them without clicking. Could you please let me know if there is a solution to fix this or i’ll have to ask for a refund and look for another template.

Thank you! Problem fixed, tried on another hosting and the forms work just fine.
When I am viewing the website on my phone, and i move or tilt my phone, the background also moves on the website. The website background tilts with my phone. Could you tell me what this effect is called? That would help me out A LOT.
On my desktop, the background moves with my mouse. Which is cool, but I am more interested in the background moving when I am on my phone.

Thanks for all your help. Now, I am actually wanting to add this background to the theme I am going to install soon (because the website will no longer be “coming soon” in a few weeks) in place of your “Coming Soon” theme.
The visitors and users have expressed that they really like this feature and want to see it on the main theme I install. I know you don’t have time to help me out for free, nor would I expect you to. I was hoping you could help me add this to another theme (from here on Themeforest) so I can use it on some of the pages (like the homescreen). I want it to show that background and have it work how it does when tilting on a mobile device on the homepage of the new website. The homepage is going to be much longer than the coming home theme and I wanted this to be the background on the whole page, no matter how long it is. I would pay you for your time to just add it to a theme for me as a feature I could use and record the session for me so I could do it to the other pages.
Would you be willing to do this and if so, how should I contact you for further details?
