Hi how are things! Since Yesterday I have been trying to import the Demo but it keeps loading, I have left it for more than 1 hour and it does not progress. My internet is working at 100%. I would like to be able to import the complete Demo to start working, here I attach the photo,I have modified the wordpress memory limit and it still gives the same problem

When I try to update PHP from 7.4 to 8.0, I get the following Error Details: ” An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 667 of the file /var/www/wp-content/themes/tgconstructor/lib/custom.lib.php. Error message: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported” – How do I fix? Can you help with this?

I have been asked to update etc a friends website and he is using version 1.6.9 of this theme. I don’t think he has the original login or purchase details. Will I be able to update this them direct from that version?

Thx for your answer. I disable all 3rd party plugins, but If I press button “edit” in content builder options, new page with options is opened. If I update any of my pages, there is no content on the page. And no any block in Content Builder.

Could you please contact your webhosting provider and ask them to increase your server PHP file upload size limitation to 20MB
It should fixes the issue. This is server file upload size limitation issue.
I am not using a webhost. I am using a local installatio of Wordpress on my macbook using MAMP. I tried to increase the upload size and some other parametres in the php.ini file but did not seem to work or I had the wrong file. Please advise. thx

I was able to upload the theme this morning. I think the problem was I was trying to upload the wrong file. I now uploaded tgconstructor-v2.7.installable.zip. is this the correct file? i only see 6 pages. How do I access all of the sample pages, content and elements?

Normally you can use all basic function of Revolution Slider plugin you saw on demo site.
However you have to purchase separated license for Revolution Slider if you want to use additional features ex. auto update feature of the plugin. When you purchased theme, plugin is included but it’s purchased code for theme
But it doesn’t necessary to buy Revolution Slider license as we will provide an update for the plugin once it has.
