In the Portfolio, when I enter the Author, the word “by” appears automatically. I’d like to replace it with another word, as the website isn’t in English. How can I replace it?

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Leitmotif Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Also on mobile, the interactive slider only shows 3 and cuts off the third at the bottom, please advise on how to show the 3 for mobile if possible.

Hello! I’ve purchased this theme a while back and made an attempt to install it on wordpress myself but it was ultimately tough for me to figure out. Now recently, I’m working with a web developer to install the theme and I’m getting a message that says, “the code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it to reigister here.” I’m not sure how to do that, the theme isn’t activate on my wordpress, so don’t know how to fix it. Any support? Thanks

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.

We have deregistered your purchase code remotely, and you should be able to use it again.

I figured everything out, but one moment tormented me. “Button” element. I need to align it to the center, but there are only “right” and “left” options. I tried different options, tried to enclose the button in the central column of the table. But it still shifts a little in one direction. How can this problem be solved? Or am I doing something wrong?

any plans of updates….also does it support latest version of wpbakery and wordpress…

The theme is supported and it will continue to be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with the latest version.

How do you change “Related Posts” at the bottom of each blog? It just defaults to the last 3 blog posts and I can’t find a way to change it to associate better to “relate” ie: category or whatever.

The related posts cannot be set manually. Alternatively, you can hide related posts and add a blog list with posts you need in the blog post content.

How can I update the plugins included with this theme as I don’t see a updated download in my purchase (Leitmotif 1.4 has Slider Revolution 6.5.24 instead of 6.7.0 / WPBakery Page Builder 6.9.0 instead of 7.5)?

I have had this theme for several years now, all of a sudden it is not working correctly, video is not lining up in the row, it’s using two different players even though the code is exactly the same and the theme dashboard says something different than the PHP scripting. My host says it’s not on their end. I am hesitant on spending more money on support if I am going to get non answers like my hosts. Is this something the creator can help with if I re-up my support?

Is there a way to disable the header / menu on certain pages?

You can set page to have “Coming Soon Page” template (please see screenshot). Pages with this template can be edited with WPBakery page builder like regular pages, however, the header won’t be shown on the page.

Is the license to update the plugin WPBakery page builder included with the template license when a new version is released?

Hi there, Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I would like to report a bug and request a fix. This is not a support request, it is a broken feature of the theme that doesn’t work, so I don’t think I should have to renew my support. The “read more” buttons on my homepage do not work on desktop. I tested in Chrome and Safari on Mac. They work on my iPhone using Chrome and Safari, but they do not work on my Macbook. The homepage is using the “Portfolio Scrolling Showcase” with read more buttons enabled. Can you please fix this?

Also, turn off your third party plugins, especially Autoptimize, clear cache and try it out once again.
