Regarding your question: For timeline layout, the closest idea now is the Newspaper layout. Please scroll to to the “Latest” section, you’ll see the Newspaper layout. You can choose it from the layout dropdown options in your Customizer.

Regarding your question, the easiest way to hide pagination is to use CSS. Please add following code into Customize > Additional CSS:

.wi-pagination{display:none;}

I have just checked the item and there’s no problem with the folder. How did you update? By using Envato Market plugin or WP Dashboard > Themes > Add New > Upload fox.zip and let it replace old theme?

Unfortunately we can’t duplicate a demo to modify stuffs. It’s quite time-consuming, plus a site is not about fonts. It’s combination of many factors: fonts, images, color, sizes.. so only you know what fits your need.

However I offer you a deal: Just go ahead and purchase the item and test it yourself. Then I’ll approve the refund in case it doesn’t fit your project/branded font.

I confirm this is a theme issue that happens when you use layout 4, 5 (hero posts). It doesn’t happen when you use layouts 1-3 and layout 6. We’ll fix this asap in the next update.

He podido resolver el problema. Sin embargo, tengo un problema a la hora de crear un footer con elementor. Elementor me da este error “Lo sentimos, no se encontró el área de contenido en su página. Debes llamar a la función ‘the_content’ en la plantilla actual, para que Elementor pueda funcionar en esta página.”

Thank you, we’re now back from the vacation.

1/ The Fox is fully compatible with Elementor and Elementor Pro and we assure that compatibility, ie. if there’s any problems to happen, we’ll fix/debug to assure that compatibility. Those Elementor plugins are central and The Fox will have to change to make sure it’s compatible with those plugins like it’ll be compatible with all WordPress versions.

However, for ProElements, we haven’t tested yet and we won’t assure compatibility with that plugin. However, from my experience with Elementor addons, all addons are indendent with each other. Normally, each Elementor addons plugin is often highly compatible with other things. So I guess the answer is yes generally while Fox is just normal theme, it doesn’t change Elementor significantly to make others not compatible. But this is also my subjective opinion.

2/ The custom blog thumbnail feature is still working well. I have just checked and there’s nothing wrong. Could you please provide me with the URL it’s not working?

When your featured image is X, it shows X in your single post. The custom blog thumbnail feature works for archive/blog only, ie. it shows Y on blog/archive. In single post, it always shows X.

If you want to disable sticky mobile header, please use this code:

#masthead-mobile{position:relative;}

Please use relative instead of static. If you use static, the masthead background element will cover entire site and it covers the footer as well. It’s a part of site layout structure but please replace your Custom CSS code in your site by above code I provided, it’ll work and your footer will show up again.

1/ For Darkmode toggle button, we actually added it to the todo list. Meanwhile, you can use a third-party plugin. I saw some customers used it.

2/ For the paywall, it’s a functionalily I think it works with many themes. We’ll do research on this to see which one is most suitable paywall plugin to integrate into The Fox theme.
