I need a theme which the city tourism department needs to add their city and attractions. So we would have different tourism departments adding their own cities and hotels, restaurants and alll that. Is your theme able to do that? Thanks!

The users can create their own accounts and add their listings. Using the WordPress roles and capabilities you can also assign some users roles that allow them access to parts of the site backend.

Hello, When I initially purchased the theme, I applied it to the domain that was connected at the time. However, due to difficulties with updates, I am currently using a different theme. I believe there was an issue with the previous server, so I would like to set up the theme again on a new server. However, I’ve been informed that it is still registered to the old domain. That domain is now being used with a different theme. Could you please let me know how I can reuse the license?

I previously sent an email to the customer support center to ask if I could apply an unused license to a new location. However, I haven’t received a response yet, so I’m following up again.
Due to issues with the theme update, I wasn’t able to use the license on the originally configured domain. I’m now trying to apply it to a new location, so I would appreciate a prompt response.

Please remove the license currently assigned to the existing domain so that it can be applied to a new domain. Once the license has been removed from the current domain, please confirm. After that, we would like to apply the license to the new domain.

The listings can be claimed using WC paid listings plugin which is an addon. So, you could check closer this add-on if you are interested in using it with our theme. We added compatibility for it. You can always search for a 3rd party plugin to achieve what you want. However, please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.

The plugin used for adding listings is WP Job Manager and you can test user dashboard by signing in from the front end of the demo website with the following credentials:
Username: test
Password: test
When users are adding new listings they can add description, featured image and gallery images which can be a banner image (please see screenshot).
Option to have paid listings can be added with “WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings” addon, however, this plugin is not included with the theme and it needs to be purchased separately.
There is an option for admin to moderate submission of new listings (please see screenshot).

Check out Cityrama’s user dashboard by singing in from the front end of the demo website with the following credentials

We created this theme with main focus that users could create and search listings.
Admin could manage user roles of the users that are registered. Users with different roles has different privileges on the site, partial access to the dashboard, etc.
All users can register, and all of them are allowed to submit a Listing, but you can moderate each Listing before publishing.
We are using WP Job manager which is a free plugin which you can use, it has though different paid addons, such as https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/wc-paid-listings/
When it comes to a movie app, please note that we are creating WordPress themes and not apps, though all our themes are responsive and you can check the performance of any of our themes on any device.

Hello, I have been trying all night to import the page using the XML file. Unfortunately this never really worked. I really did everything exactly as in the instructions, but in the import window it always says something like: “Unfortunately failed”, “Bar not available” “Clubs not available”, ...
I don’t know what the problem is. I just want to have, for example, the “New York” page and adjust it to our stuff. Unfortunately I can’t get that to work at all. The problem is that I need to have the page ready by Monday. Is there anything you guys can do to help with this? Thanks a lot!

When I want to import “Demo Content”, the whole thing always stops at 90%. I’ve been running this for over an hour now, but it never gets to 100%. For example, if I select only “Content” instead of “all” it reaches 100%. Only not with “all

Hello, I just bought your theme. On the preview page, I saw that you have 9 different default pages. For example “New York”. Now I wanted to choose “New York” and then edit it, because I really like it. Unfortunately I can’t find an option to activate “New York”.
I also looked through the documentation. It only says that you should go to “Import” and there you can select “Cityrama”. However, this is not completely transferred with me, although I click “All” and select “Yes” for import attachments. But where can I select the “NewYork” template?

There are no links such as listing regions, listing categories and listing tag at the left side bar in the wordpress dashboard. WP Job Manager, is the plugin paid?How can I activate it, is there any other solution?

We are using WP Job manager and for locations is used addon Listing Region First you’ll need to install this addon Regions for WP Manager and then in Listings > Settings you could enable it in Filter and add your Regions which will show up.
