Hello, please have a look at the daffodil slider when logged out. The whole video is available without logging in and plays all the way through for non subscribers/logged out users. I updated my theme and plugins earlier today and also added the daffodil slider on my homepage and realise the issue when I viewed my site whilst logged out. I also cleared my server cache. Everything else works well. cheers

You are referring to unfamiliar terms and you seem to be misinterpreting something. We don’t understand what this is: “admin account Newbie” & “the login user purchase account” – Please explain more about this.
2/ Currently, it is not possible to hide the administrator account from the member list, VidMov does not have that option.

i have a very problem you guys and we have to solve it today. first the theme users can upload 200 to 500 mega byts of video on there page not everybody like youtube and vimeo link. people want to upload there own file. i have try uploading 30mins of video as a user after building the website it saying doctype automatically that will stop. please how can i solve this out and why will you have to want users to upload youtube video but not there own content.. i need responds in maxium 5hrs
