This is not a theme or plugin-related issue. Instead, it’s from the server’s .htaccess file.
Can you please make sure to revert the Settings > Permalinks to the Post ID? You can ask your hosting provider in live chat support for updating the .htaccess file.

The picture shows part of your menu in the frontend https://streamable.com/p3govw . Example word Marketing Automation link is to the same page and in that button there is text “extra account are available…” Now let’s look at the navigation in the dashboard https://ibb.co/qJCr9ns . It can be seen that there is no option to replace the text “extra account are available…”, as well as to replace the link to the page ../marketing-automation/. So I don’t see options to edit in the megamenu
