Hello. Didn’t use the theme since a long time. I wanted to try latest v8 version (angular version) with nodejs 16.8. When I do npm install, I get many erorrs and the packages are not installed.

Hello, I downloaded the demo17 html and I want to remove the quick search but when I delete several lines from the template appears the error:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘addEventListener’) at Object.init (scripts.bundle.js:7:23240) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (scripts.bundle.js:7:23340)”
How can I remove the quick search?

Hi,
I would suggest you to customize it the theme/src/js/ folder and recompile the assets using gulp. To do so you just need to remove src/js/layout/search.js and recompile your assets folder with Gulp.
Please note that the build tools are required only in the development environment just to compile the assets when the source folder files are modified. In the hosting/server deployment you will only need the compile assets, no need to install the build tools dependencies there.

I want to take the input with name settings_release_date from demo17/dist/dashboards/projects.html and to put it in demo17/dist/account/settings.html
Which is the way for that? I copied and pasted but I have to connect the file demo17/dist/assets/js/custom/utilities/modals/create-project/settings.js with the demo17/dist/account/settings.html? Or I can do it with gulp? If yes what I have to do? Sorry about these questions but I try to understand how the theme is working.

Hi,
Any JS change should be done in theme/src/js folder in the relevant JS script and using gulp you will need to recompile the assets folder’s js/css assets. Then your HTML pages always get the updated JS code

So I need to download Demo 19, but the ZIP file redirects me to loginto Keenthemes, where I must buy Metronic (again), which redirects me to Themeforest? It’s an infinite loop… I am trying to access Demo 19, and it was previously possible.

You can use your existing purchase code to download all available Metronic versions and demos from Metronic Downloads. So need to buy it again if you are using your purchased license for the same project. To find out your purchase code just go to https://themeforest.net/downloads.
Please note if you are using Metronic for a new project or client only in this case you would need a new license.

1) Yes, all frameworks and demos shown in keenthemes.com/metronic can be downloaded from devs.keenthemes.com/metronic page by entering your purchase key.
2) Not all HTML features are available in the React version. React comes with limited integrated pages/pages as shown in the online React Demos previews. However you can reuse the HTML markup from the HTML version in the React version since those features are available in the global bundle css file.

The Vite support requires a full rewrite of our build logic based on Vite specifications so we can’t provide the exact release date at the moment.
