Hello,
I noticed that the “Call To Action” element within a page builder on homepage is not properly aligned vertically when choosing “Equal height” option within “Inner Row Settings”. How to fix this issue? There is a problem with setting an equal height of rows/columns within a “Call To Action” page builder element. When I either turn on or turn off an equal height option, it does not change anything at all.
This issue appears on some devices, depending on their resolutions/sizes or when you try to resize the browser’s size/width.
I have created a ticket of this issue on your support system, but you haven’t replied since 2 days.

i’m not able to access the backend after this update, i’m getting ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS & i seem to be constantly redirected to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core i’ve done the obvious, cleared cache/cookies & have tried in different browsers etc. what can i do please?
i’ve restored 5.3.4 which has restored access to the dashboard. is this a known issue? is there a fix coming in the next version?

These steps should help to rectify the issues.
No access to the WordPress Dashboard after WordPress update?
1. Log in to your ThemeForest profile and download the latest version of the Motors Theme. The following steps outlined in this manual show you how to do that – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/general/included-files#how-to-download-motors-theme
2. Unzip the motors.zip archive you downloaded from ThemeForest.
3. Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/themes/”.
4. Now that you have unzipped the motors folder in Step 2 and found the themes directory in Step 3, upload the motors folder into the themes directory. (You need to accept the replacement).
5. Then navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/” and remove the folders called ‘stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends’.
6. Connect to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
7. Select the STM Post Type and STM Motors Extends plugins and click Install via Bulk Actions.
Get Fatal Error after the STM Post Type update to v4.5.6?
1. Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the Motors package (All files & documentation).
2. Unzip the motors package and navigate to the Bundled Plugins folder.
3. In the Bundled Plugins folder, find the STM Motors Extends plugin zip archive.
4. Unzipping the plugin zip archive.
5. Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/”.
6. Find the stm-motors-extends folder and remove it.
7. Upload the unzipped stm-motors-extends folder in Step 2 to the ”.../wp-content/plugins/” directory.

There is no live chat system by default in the theme. You can use contact forms for sending messages by default.

Hello, We’ve been using this theme for a while for one of our pages and never seemed to find time to solve the 404 error when searching for available vehicles from front page. Imported demo was RENT A CAR TWO. Shop page is set to the same site as Reservation Date Page in theme settings. Any chance any1 knows the reason for this? After setting the needed pages, you need to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name)

The form and logo both are working properly on our testing environments with the latest version of the theme. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Moreover, we recommend you check by deactivating your child theme (if you have), and check by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well

Trying out the Classifieds listing demo, trying to test add a listing to see how it works. The VIN import vehicle details looks like a great feature, but when I tested copy/paste some real VIN number to test it, the tools does not appear to be working and it does not import any info from the vehicle VIN #. Please advise… thanks

Sorry, but I’ve tried with multiple VALID VINs and it does not work trying to enter VIN and import vehicle data. (add vehicle/classifieds demo). You might wanna double check that for yourself again. Please let us know when it’s working. This is deciding factor on purchasing the script.
On our live demo preview, the VIN for the add listing page is not active by default. When you will insert the VIN key, it will be set to the listing category automatically while adding a new listing

Hello, Pre buy question: I saw that You can create car, motorbike, trucks, trailer categories. For these can be make sub categories? Like for example at cars You have body types. If I make a category for machinery can have subcategory like body types with machinery types: excavator, trailer, fuel tank , etc.? Also for cars You have listings ( make, year, fuel, etc.) Beside these at cars, If I made new category for machinery can have listings like hours, fuel cosumpsion, bucket capacity, etc.? And these to be selected for each category? For example I do not want to be displayed listings details for machinery at cars and otherwise from machinery to cars (not when user post listings in his dashboard or on listing front Page). Hi, I purchased this theme on August 2019 and i never had a problem until now. I had some problems with my old domains where i registered the theme but i forgot to deactivate it from the domain. The problem is that the domain expired and i can’t access it anymore. can you please help me with this problem ? I ask because my support for this theme expired too. thanks

When i try to activate it shows used domains 2of2 but i see only ip’s 35.194.38.232 34.92.218.47 As i’ve checked on my saved wordpress website documents the ip-s are from the google clouds i used to create my website. As i know the theme was activated also on my expired domain : agbplantmachinery.com thanks for helping me with this problem

It would be great if you could enable the sell feature on the motorcycle dealer demo listing page, after all, it’s a dealer demo, not a listing or directory.
I know you can do it in the car dealer demo two, but the actual site was already customized with the one for the motorcycles, so changing it is not an option.
