The “User Account” icon can be linked to any destination – ensure that you’ve specified your desired URL for the “User Account Button URL” field in the Salient options panel > header navigation > layout & content related.

Unfortunately, there’s no shortcode to grab the icons specified within the footer copyright section. You would need to add your social links to your global section using the “Icon” page builder element.

I have this issue with images on the theme. When they look good on the normal screen, they look bad on Mac Retina screens. If I upload the 2x version instead, they look good on Mac Retina but bad on the normal screen, as the image is displayed at a bigger size now and still blurry there. Is there a workaround to work for both normal screens, phones and Mac Retina screens? Thank you!

Salient does not use Elementor, but rather a custom version of WPBakery page builder. No additional purchase is required to use the included page builder.

That’s occurring because your site is specified to the use “left header” header format, but the header has been removed on the page. This issue was corrected in v15 of Salient – you can either update to the latest release, or add the following snippet into the custom CSS box located in the Salient options panel > General Settings > CSS/Script related tab: https://pastebin.com/HpiVSKgv

Hmm… Updated the theme, but no luck. I cleared cache and can confirm that it only happens when I choose to hide the header. Thoughts?

It looks like there’s still a specific theme option which is overriding the CSS in your setup. You can correct it by changing the “Load In Animation” within the Salient options > Page header tab to be “none”.

You likely need to update your version of the Salient Core plugin. That feature was added in v1.9.5 of the Salient Core. If you’re not seeing that update to your plugin available, you also likely need to update your version of the Salient theme: https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/

Hi there, Is there a way to hide and show a row with just the click of a button?
I want to have a row with 3 columns. When I click one of the columns, I want to hide that row and make a hidden row visible. With this method, I want to build myself a “Chain Quiz” or “Conditional logic quiz”.

Unfortunately, there’s no built-in functionality to toggle a row in that manner – It would require some custom JavaScript to handle the toggle events.

It would be unique to the setup/structure that you choose to create the quiz. However, the general gist of it would be to add class names on each row and have a series of buttons that hide/reveal those classnames.

You can add custom content/code to the secondary header by using the action hook “nectar_hook_secondary_header_menu_items” from your child theme functions.php. Hi, just wondering if there’s a trick to getting the page builder to work better with Yoast SEO? It’s showing my SEO is good, but I don’t think it’s analyzing the Readability quite right.

The text from the page builder should be able to be analyzed from Yoast without any additional configuration. Can you please open a ticket on the support forum in regards with more details as the readability issues you’ve noticed?

Pre-sale question for the new SaaS theme:
I have a need for multiple independent site pages but the demo lacks a menu that acts differently than a one page site.
I just wanted to confirm that this theme supports multiple pages and menu system that supports them. Can you also confirm there is no “loading” animation before page render?

1. That specific demo only uses a single page but yes, you can create multiple pages if needed.
2. There is no forced loading animation, however Salient does offer page transitions as an option.

Firstly, In latest release & templates u have TEXT blocks, where custom font size not working correctly. For example here – FEATURES GRID #2
- Responsive Editing
Maximize your control and create intricate responsive layouts with the ability to control settings uniquely per each device viewport.
In TEXT blocks (Responsive Editing) tablet font size rewrites mobile font size, yet user still have an option to set custom mobile font size that won’t work. Cause tablet, yeah. And this is annoying, yes. Need to use custom css to set it. Need fixing.
Secondly, if user uses Split Line heading, he can’t chose text align for tablet and mobile separetely. Here mobile text align rewrites tablet align, which is also annoying. Again, user gonna write custom css for tablet. Also demand fixing.

If so, kindly share the page URL where that’s occurring for you so that I can take a look to assist.

hi, i have a problem with the theme using the ninja form contact form, the style is not imported on apple devices. It’s about text boxes and a drop-down box. The style works incredibly well with woocommerce, so it’s nice to be consistent with the template. The ninja form base theme is just plain ugly. Can we improve this style to make it work.

HI, I am using this code to hide the nav logo before scroll which works great

The only issue is on mobile. The logo doesn’t appear on scroll in the same way as it does on desktop.
