Hi, we’ve downloaded your theme yesterday and been having some issues with the assets as several of them were corrupted in the ZIP file.
Missing and Corrupted Assets 1. All of the SVG files are corrupted (they are there but not even 1 of them is visible on the site) 2. In slide content 3A (saved template) we can’t see the 1st image, the media file is there but in the banner, it’s not visible. 3. The background image in the footer is missing. 4. On the left side of the call-back section, the icon and the background image are not visible. 5. On the service page, we can’t see the images in the black long area
Can you please provide us these assets?
Also we have following questions with regards to the template:
1. How do we change the background colors? it won’t change when we change it on customize. Is it an image? We are referring to the light orange background patten you have on the page. 2. The testimonial section on the home page isn’t responsive how do we make it responsive? (it won’t respond on the desktop as it should) 3. How do we change the button colors in the forms? 4. The footer social icons won’t respond as we edit how do we make it responsive?
