When I download all the files, I’m missing plugins (wp-bakery) the plugin has not been updated in 2 years. Also Elementor. Support asked to reach out to you to resolve these issues. I should not have to renew support either as these are not technical issues.

This theme says that it uses WP Bakery Page Builder, but the files I downloaded when I purchased have Elementor as the platform… I only purchased b/c of the WP Bakery compatibility… Please advise.

I am writing to request a refund as the theme does not have multiple elements of a premium theme and it works very very slow. - Very slow - Haven,t child folder - Elementor it’s not 100% compability with theme - Demo content it’s incomplete And the list continous. That is after 4 installation of theme in 2 diferents servers.

I would like to report an issue that we are experiencing with the translation file ND Donation. Despite having reported the problem to the support team, the bug remains and our support has since expired.
While we have renewed our support twice already, we are a non-profit organization and do not have the budget to renew for a third time, especially for an issue that is beyond our control.
The problem specifically pertains to the translation file for ND Donation, which contains text related to an e-learning site and has no relevance to the charity theme of our website.
We have attempted to correct the issue using Poedit and other tools, but to no avail. Your team was previously able to find and correct the issue, but it has resurfaced after a reinstallation of the theme.
