I upgraded to wordpress 6.1.1 and it automatically deleted all wp bakery blocks that contained external links. This is a big deal. How do you suggest to fix it without making a backup? thank you

I haven’t had a response for 24 hours yet. And it’s been 5 days since I bought the theme without being able to use it because there are a lot of bugs during installation and you don’t do much to solve my problem.
And I find it cheeky to tell me that the installation is not part of the support! From the moment I pay for the theme, that I have bugs while I follow the documentation to the letter, it’s up to you to do what is necessary to make it work!
This is truly the worst theme with the worst support I’ve purchased on this website!

I just checked your ticket and my support team provided responses in 20,10 and 2 hours etc .. 5 responses with an average wait of only 12 hours. We always do our best to offer the customer a response time as short as possible, in your case 12 hours is an optimal time for us. I’m sorry but we couldn’t have done better than that.

Hi there, I’ve recently updated the theme and all the WP Bakery Gallery / content modules on my site stopped working. Is there any place you can point me to to understand if there are only supported versions of certain components?
I’m on wordpress 5.5.9 but otherwise, only the plugin versions from the latest download.

The WP Bakery plugin is outdated for this theme and I shouldn’t have to purchase it separately because all updates are promised to be included. When can I expect an update to the plugin please? And I kindly ask that you don’t refer me to purchasing support for instruction on how to obtain something I already paid for. As the developer it is your responsibility to pass along updates to existing customers.

Unable to submit ticket as it says support has expired.
Shouldn’t you be responding here so that other people with the same issues can see here and solve their problem. I’ve searched the comments and few people have similar issues and you have copy and pasted same texts without any proper support.

Issues: You will need to reach out to the author as the demo sliders are not able to be imported. I have attached the error of this. Simply open a support ticket with the author and provide them this information. They will be able to fix this issue for you.
Logo: I have loaded your logo in the intended spot. However it is still displaying an incorrect image. You will need to contact the theme author to find out why this is not working.
