The Rosi demo footer is hardcoded and does’t have an option to add another widget from admin panel. You can only edit the existed widgets.

Hello, the only way to edit colors for this demo is to edit the css file. In case you have some css skills, then you can do it in the ale/assets/css/styles/kitty.css file
In case you don’t have skiils and want to change colors for a few elements, you can show me a screenshot with selected element and i will give a css snippet to paste in admin panel.

Hello, all strings in the theme are translations ready. in case you want to create a translatios, you can find all strings by LocoTranslate plugin for example. In case you want to directly edit the sourse file, then edit the footer.php file.

I have just purchased your theme and there are two plug-ins that will not update.

When I attempt to update, it completes and tells me the update was successful. However, the “Install Required Plugins” still shows these two needing and update and not activated.

Remove these 2 plugins from your wordpress dashboard, please. Then press the install to reinstall these plugins. I have updated the plugins on our server and the theme will install newe versions.

Hello, i’m not able to generate a new key. Only Envato can generate, but i’m not sure they will do it.
You should reinstall the theme on an activated domain and deactivate the key, then use the key on another domain.

Please provide a better size screenshots and i will try to help you. Did you try to remove installed demo and reinstall it? Does it shows errors each time?

The Orquidea Theme was removed from the market somewhere 4 years ago.
The current theme called Ale is a separate theme with different engine. It has a demo variant called Orquidea with similar look but this is another theme. The engine is absolutely different, so you are not able to use that theme to update your site. You will lose your pages content.
You can create a new site with this new theme (Ale) or in case you have bugs in your old site, order a freelancer to fix them.

Этот раздел никак не касается файлов темы. Активируйте другую тему, например одну из тех что по умолчанию в WordPress (Twenty Twenty-One) и попробуйте зайти на эту настройку и выполнить отключение. Если сработает (значит все таки тема Але мешает), если не сработает – (значит проблема в чем то другом – сторонний плагин или настройки хостинга). Потом активировать обратно тему Але. При смене тем, контент не удаляется, можно активировать другие темы и потом возвращать тему Але. Отпишите результат. Спасибо.
Добрый день. Включил тему (Twenty-one) выключение начало работать. После этого вернул тему Ale и на данный момент отключение работает. Если, что-то изменится буду держать в курсе.
Скажите пожалуйста а изменение размера и цвета заголовка в посте можно сделать только вручную при помощи css или есть другой вариант?

Все зависит от вариации демо. Есть опция менять стили заголовка блог постов в theme options настройках – вкладка блог; Но на некоторых демках используются персональные стили для блока и он не реагирует на изменения в опшынах.
