Hi, I bought this theme last year and used it with no problem, but I can’t make any changes anymore (the Elementor side widget panel doesn’t load anymore). I disabled all plugins and the issue comes from “Cherie Core”. Here’s the website info: WordPress Version 6.1 Theme Name Cherie Theme Version 1.9 Elementor 3.8.0 Cherie Core 2.1
Everything is up to date, there are no updates available. I tried rolling back to older versions of Elementor but it doesn’t change anything. How can I fix it? Thank you

You can download the latest version from your account > downloads. After updating the theme, please clear cache and check again. Thank you for reaching out. The Cherie theme was designed for beauty salons and e-commerce functionality in this theme is secondary. Yes, it is not pre-build by default in the Theme. But it is possible to realize this with customization. For customization tasks, we recommend hiring a developer on services like Upwork or Fiverr.
Hi, Is there a way to change to colour of the menu items? If you visit the website the menu items wil be white, if you scroll down a bit, the menu turns black and the items remain white.

That’s why shop features are not very advanced in the theme and cover the main functionality only. You can add more advanced filtering options through code customization only. Hello, I I’m using theme Cherie on one-page website, and on Mobile menu when I click on the link (I’m using #something to scroll down to div element), the menu doesnt close. Is it possible to make it work? Like when I click on the link to scroll and close the menu? Thank you!
Hi there, Thank you for getting in touch. The menu was not designed as a onepage menu since there are secondary menu items which are supposed to be opened after the tap on a parent menu item. That is why manu cannot be closed automatically after the tap. So to cover your case, you’ll need to customize the theme through the code. I hope this answers your question. I bought your Theme Template (Cherie) to create a Wordpress site few months ago, and until now i had no problem with it. By the way, the Theme is very well and easy to use ! But yesterday, when I went to the website I created with this theme, I saw that there was a lot of displays problems, such as :
- The Font was not the same - Some Icons was removed - Some Tilts and Texts in Bold wasn’t in Bold anymore - Some Color Effects disappeared too
The whole website is completly “broken”. I know that some Updates of WordPress and Plugins can sometimes create some bugs and displays but i have no idea on the cause of the issue.
Unfortunately, I dont have pictures of the website before the bugs.
Would you please help me out on this issue ?

Guys, I think I know what caused the problem I saw that I had landing page issues that I had done and worked on before I checked and there were alerts on the swiper script So what I did in ELEMENTOR: If I disable Improved Asset Loading (Settings> Experiments) works fine. In Elementor’s update they made it active probably.
