A quick one, does the theme work if used on Bedrock?
I’m not sure if you are farmiliar with Bedrock, but Bedrock is a wordpress project that’s customized for use with Composer to manage dependency and development easier for Developers.
I was wondering if you have ever tested the theme with Bedrock and what wzs the experience? Faced any issues?
And also, is there a possibility to be able to download the theme using Composer or I would have to privately have the theme as git repo?

Yes, the theme is compatible with a Bedrock installation. However, since it is a paid product and only available through ThemeForest, you won’t be able to manage it as a Composer dependency. Instead, you would need to handle updates manually.

Hello, WP Bakery Plugin has a lot of issues with this theme, I’m in a very critical situation. I don’t know why or how this happened but suddenly from one day to another WP Bakery Plugin is different and broke my entire site giving a huge incompatibility with the Phase Theme. I noticed this because my clients which were trying to buy tickets for my events said they couldn’t, I’m trying to find a lower version of WP Bakery but cannot find it anywhere, website is not working and theme options are not working as well, this is really bad. I need help.

There’s an odd bug with this theme whereby when I add any content to a page using Visual Composer, the menu, heading and footer blocks disappear and won’t come back. Is this being resolved? Thanks!

The theme and plugins are functioning normally. There is no issue detected on my local or demo server. However, to ensure optimal performance, it is recommended that you update your WordPress installation (6.4.1), Phase (2.1.0+), and all plugins to the latest version available. WPBakery is now at 7.1 version.

After investigating the issue, it appears that this is related to WPBakery plugin.

Hi, interested in your theme for a music label. I see in the artist page there are buttons for Apple, Amazon,Youtube. Is there a Bandcamp button option as well? This is required by the label as their artist mainly sell on that platform. Thank you.

Hi, we see you say this is a complete theme for music but you are missing the Label(Record Label) post type. When we go to releases you have genre tags but no record label. This is not complete at all then. Please advise if we are wrong.

This theme is built to be used by bands or records label.
In case of use by a label, each release, video and event can be sorted by artist so each artist page can display its own video, releases and events. There is no record label post type as it is supposed to be one label managing all artists.

Artists can be on more than one label and a label can have a release representing more than one label. You would sell more themes if you had a record company post type where multiple labels can be selected for the label field of the release. There a music theme we purchased on themeforest that sells thousands we used except it’s an older theme. Was hoping to find a newer one with all its functionality. This is what you call a complete artist, label theme functionality: https://www.aivahthemes.com/musicplay/album/mad-podcast/ It’s just older theme. Please advise.

In fact in other music themes, (except Phase and Herion and Overable) the releases have a “label” category/taxonomy where you can assign several label to one release.

Why make multiple themes like this? Loud does not open. These are old themes.
Running into a bug that I can see on the live theme preview as well that I thought I should point out and would love a fix for: The tabs for bio, releases, videos, etc… on the artist pages stop loading once you have clicked through them all and try to click back through again. Cheers!

Hi, I need to make the Newsletter subscription field GDPR compliant. As you know if you ask for personal data like email you have to set up the double optin option. I’ve enabled double optin option in Mailchimp but it doesn’t works.. it seems the web options overwrite the Mailchimp options.. Let me know please. Thank you

This is an urgent matter.
Our website is broken and seems like it’s because the theme got de-activated all of a sudden.
We’ve tried to activate the theme using the purchase code but it says “Wrong purchase code”.
The website is live with CSS modifications and some other custom code so updating the theme isn’t an option for us.
We were unable to submit a ticket directly.
This must be sorted right away.
