WPML is nut supported in MyListing. You can only translate your website to one language using plugins like Loco Translate. Use our helpdesk for any other questions you might have.

Listing types > edit listing type > fields > click on Description > make sure you’re using a “WP Editor” type and controls should be set to Advanced or All Controls.

You need to upload image. You can use services like Amazon S3 to store your images outside of your website.

1. You can create a listing type for vendors and list them in your site. That way you can search for vendors as well.
2. There’s no limit for this, it depends on the host you’re using.

Yes you can remove location form add listing page. Also in explore page you can use one of the templates that doesn’t have a map.

2. If you want to allows users to create and sell their own products you would need a vendor plugin.
3. We haven’t tested that plugin.

Since yesterday, when I open my website, it gets stuck at the home page loading screen. home page is not opening. When I deactivated yoast SEO tool, it started working again. The error reappears when I activate the Yoast SEO plugin.

If I offer a monthly subscription for example for $5 where the client can do 1 listing. When the subscription renews can he make another new listing using that subscription?

If you set the listing limit to one you can only add one listing with that subscription, that listing will be active while the subscription is also active. If you don’t renew the subscription that listing will get unpublished.

I managed to solve this issue however, a serious error has been found – on the home page on a mobile device…

You’ll see there’s a carousel of businesses, if you try to use the arrows or swipe to go to the next business, the page just reloads or goes blank?
Big issue as most users will use mobile. Please help

1. First you import users, you can do this with WP All Import. After that you import your listings again with Wp All Import and match them to the users in your website. We can guide you on this after you purchase the theme
2. You will need to use a vendor plugin for this.
Any plugin that works with Woocommerce should also work with MyListing, we recommend using Product Vendors
