Hi, I also have problems with outdated WooCommerce templates. After updating WooCommerce to 7.0.1, my products only show when I am logged in. When I view the store in Incognito mode, I don’t see any products. Neither do I see the store notice (this wasn’t happening before updating WooCommerce to 7.0.1) or text blocks added to my store page. Please update the theme, I hope that might solve the problem. Thanks a lot! My website is www.svetlansa.com, one product is published for testing purposes, all others are drafts at the moment.

I need help with the theme and I don’t know how to fix it. It is showing me this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. we always try to keep all the files and plugins up to date with each theme update. So in next theme update we’ll fix all these issues and all the plugins will be updated. But until that time you can use the theme without any worries, these are simple notices and don’t affect your functionality.

The default menu for this site makes it so that if you add a sub-menu item, the parent item automatically changes to no link, or #. It says styles 2 and 4, but I want the parent items also to be live links. How do I do that? Regards, Bradley

I have a question: Is it possible to display images/artworks in the same manner as the shop products page but without them being products? In other words, can I assign artworks/images categories and display them with a categories filter but not have them as products for sale – so as a separate way of displaying them to woocommerce shop products? What do you mean by ‘can be issued’? Does that mean the theme can have issues/problem with that option or that option can be available as part of the theme? The client I want to build the website for would prefer to use the frontend editor. Does the theme come with frontend WP Bakery?

I – like justdodigital previous to me – am experiencing a lot of fatal errors due to PHP incompatibility. I did email you several days ago about this, but didn’t receive any response. Can you provide an update about when the theme will be updated to work with newer versions of PHP (7.4 or 8 and above), and if there are any resolutions to the fatal errors issue?

managed to find a work around… also, why does it show text in the header (for about page) and if it does (which i want rid of) does it not sit within the page boundaries…. also…. there is no option to increase logo sizes in theme settings…. thank

You can use option that is included with the theme. But if you want something very custom you can add them as I wrote. It doesn’t need updating.
