hello, i am interested in buying the theme but i have some questions. In the shop page, in every product what options do i have on hover. can i have a primary picture and a secondary on hover?

Thanks for taking an interest! There is no option where you can add additional image that will be on hover since we do not have option for this within our theme.

When should we expect a theme update?
Last update was in June (!)
We now have Wordpress 6.1.1 and WooCommerce 7.1. Multiple WooCommerce template files appear to be out of date

The theme will for sure be updated but it will work perfectly fine with the latest WP version and when it comes to WooCommerce You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.
Also if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

1. Can we customize singe page product description area through WP Page builder or elementor like adding images and columns. Normally other theme has this functionality .But I want to make sure this theme has this functionality.2.Can we add additional tab on singe product page like already ..Description , Additional information & Reviews .. can we add more tabs

1. Yes, you can customize the single product description area with the page builder and adding columns and content to it.
2. Adding an additional tab is not by default so you will need to edit this on your end. You can read more about it here.

I am highly disappointed with your support. Never seen a situation where a support team can’t help a customer with resolving a technical issue in this case rolling back to a WooCommerce version that is compatible with theme. No way in your documentation where it says we as customers should not update plugins on our site because you haven’t released a newer version of the theme and when we do update these plugins we are held liable? who does that. Also, if we do not update these core plugins the theme works with, we open security vulnerabilities on our sites which you are aware off.
Long story short. I am highly disappointed.

Currently SHOP dropdown menu has 4 column…. can we make it 6 columns?

By default and from our theme options the dropdown menu can have only up to 4 columns. You could try to edit this with custom CSS perhaps.

Hi I have new domain on new server. I upload the template, but i need to delete first the other domain. But i have no access for this domain anymore, and i all ready delete from the wordpress from this server. Message: This code was already used to register another domain. For default shop page (page set as shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products) you can set info position in Biagiotti Options > WooCommerce (please see screenshot). If you are using “Product List” element then you can adjust layout through this element options as shown in screenshot.

It is a bit hard to tell from here so best practice would be to turn to our support team so they can investigate this.
Anyway, as our themes shop functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin, so please check the WooCommerce settings and single product page options if the product is marked to be on sale. Otherwise then this we can’t imagine this has something to do with the theme it self, so most likely it is something within the WooCommerce configuration.

Was checking out the demo on https://biagiotti.qodeinteractive.com/ & noticed the product slider displays only one item on mobile too.

This functionality should be available in the widget settings, or at least make it possible to override it via a js snippet in the functions.php file
