Could you please respond to ticket #3999980? It’s been pending for over a week without any update.

I know that support for this product has ended, but the theme_support_healthcoach plugin does not work on newer versions of PHP. Only mistakes! 8.1, 8.2 and higher – are not supported by this bad code. Can you please release a patch for this plugin to make Theme Options work??

I was able to manually fix the scripts that are broken, if you need help just message me. You can see my social in my profile. I wasted a an hour or so debugging, which kind of sucks but it is what it is

Hey guys, just giving a little nudge here, I am building this site for a client, I have the same theme options issue as some others so I guess youre aware of how to resolve oh, and no access to the demo content install. Ugh, this theme doesn’t work out of the gate. Critical Error in theme options.

Envato shows it was last updated in October 2022, but the theme hasn’t been updated since 6/2021.

Why is this being sold broken?

When will you guys be updating the theme? Is it compatible with the latest version of WordPress?

This theme broke my site – I’ve been advised by my host to delete it. I’ve requested a refund MULTIPLE times (over a month now) only to be told to be patient, and customer support would be in touch with me. I’m very angry and now resorting to publicly commenting, so others know what they are getting into by purchasing this theme. This is not a one-click installation, as advertised. And—it has created CRITICAL ERRORS on my site that now need to be fixed.

All of the developer’s responses to comments here say to submit a ticket. I’ve submitted TWO TICKETS and have been trying to get this resolved for OVER A MONTH. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi, I purchased the them in 2019 and my client needs an update. I’ve done all the edits and added the Polyland plugin since he now wants the website in Spanish and English. However, I cannot seem to edit the top bar and when going to Theme Options I am not able to do anything. I know it needs an update BUT I don’t want to loose all the work done. Can you please let me know how can I update the theme without loosing all the work. Thanks

The home page shows but when I click the other pages it brings you to the health coach pages. Is there a way for me to see all the pages for Life Coach? Also do your images come with your template?
