Hello, pre-purchase question. 1) I need to create a directory where teachers can offer their services so that schools hire them. The search in the directory must be filtered according to the subject taught by each teacher. Is that possible with that theme? 2) Can employers use their own Zoom accounts for candidate interviews? that is, can Zoom accounts be set up by each employer? 3) What hosting requirements do I need for this theme to work well? Schools /Employers will post jobs and Candidates/Teachers will apply on jobs every thing can renamed as well ,

Hello, I have purchased Careerfy – Job Board WordPress Theme, I can create packages for employers and those employers can create jobs. I want to restrict employers to not create “Featured job” on all packages. For ex: I create 3 packages 1. Free – can create 5 jobs [BUT NOT Featured jobs] 2. Premium – can create 10 jobs [BUT NOT Featured jobs] 3. Special – Can create 15 jobs [CAN create Featured jobs] So if employer is on Premium or Free package, they must not allow to create Feature job. That option should not display to them.

Let me know how I can handle this.

I have found another bug and this one is very critical as it renders the website literally useless. If a candidate applies for a job, the employer receives an email and the contents of that email are defined in email templates under the tab “Apply for this job through Email”.

Problem is, once you edit and save that tab, candidates are no longer able to apply for any job. When They try to apply, they get the following error: “There is some error”. If they try to apply again for that job, they will be told that they have already applied for that job, yet the employer would not have received an email that someone has applied for their vacancy.

If one does not edit the contents of the tab “Apply for this job through Email”, they will never experience this problem, and that’s probably why Careerfy guys do not know about this problem.

This is how I fixed the problem. After editing the email template in question, I changed the editor from Visual (WYSIWYG) to Text. I then removed the first   in the code then replaced it with the following code:

I also went to the bottom of the code and removed the last   then replace it with the following code:

This solved my problem and employers started receiving emails once I made these changes and saved the email templates.

So, Careerfy, please look into this problem and fix it for others. To replicate the error, just edit the template for the email that an employer gets when a candidate applies through email.

My bad, the system removed &nbsp which I had typed, the first and the last &nbsp is what I replaced with the codes I published above.

I also had issues with header style 8. With the Post A New Job menu not showing as expected. How do I resolve it?

I have some questions before making the purchase:

1. Do you have the option that the administrator can download the information of the candidates that apply to each job vacancy?

2. Can expired job vacancies be automatically deleted?

3. Can the admin send mail to employers?

4. Can the administrator see the statistics of how many candidates have applied for a job vacancy?

5. Do you have an integrated chat option for candidates?

2. Yes it can be bur you need to setup its disappear from listing automatically.

I found a bug on your theme. Go to “Theme Options”, edit anything you want to edit and save, you will realise that the “Post New Job” button disappears from the Home page on Main Menu, whether you are not logged in or you are logged in as an employer. before saving any changes from “Theme Options” the Post New Job button will be showing as expected, but after making any changes to the Theme Options, it immediately disappears for good. There is absolutely no way to bring it back.

I personally use header style 8, however I tried almost all header styles and the bug affects literally all header styles.

After installing the demo, I still see menus belonging to other demos in the main menu. How do I remove them?
