Our store crashed, we rebuilt it, now it does not accept the register code even though it is on the same domain name. our support period has also expired. how do we passivate our old website and reinstall it? urgent answer please.

Hi team I need your urgent help! I took over a website that was designed with Ellen, but the previous designer cannot be reached, but I have access to the license key, web server can I have a way to download the updated copy with the license because auto update isn’t available for Ellen.

Please follow my story carefully, so you don’t regurgitate response. However support has expired and cannot create a ticket. I can run the update myself I just need an updated copy of the theme that’s all.
Apologies! Unfortunately, the only way to download the updated version of the theme is through your ThemeForest account.
Alternatively, if you can create a support ticket, we will be happy to guide you through the update process.
Otherwise, we recommend contacting the original theme buyer to help facilitate the update.

I want to update Advanced Custom Field. But it says – “To enable updates, please enter your license key on the Updates page”. I am out of my product support period. Now, how this plugin will be updated? When theme is updated, plugins in the bunch should also be updated. What is the way?
