Hello! My problem is that when I try to edit a section of the theme, it removes all the css code and leaves no margins or colors, even if they are modified.

You uploaded wrong file, open the Ip file and find the samatex.zip
I have bought your theme, but when I will to change the logo header in the left side, I don’t know where the menu to change it. I have explore in the customise menu, and also in theme setting, but its seem nothing to change menu for the logo. Attached the link for screenshot

If you go to WordPress admin dashboard you will see headers menu item from the left side menu, go there and find the list of headers, see the active desktop header and click on it, using the wp bakery editor find the logo element, find the menu navigation element

Hello – fantastic theme, well coded. I have one strange issue (no errors in web dev tools) – after the update, NEW buttons I create, or even copies of existing buttons (your cool buttons with the swipe animation) do not show any background color, no animation, nothing. They are just plain links with black text. Do you know what might have changed in the update to v 3.9? Everything created earlier works great 
Everything created before the update works perfectly. I can’t understand how a copy of a button would not work like the original. I’ve cleared cache, etc. I purchased the theme on June 11th- Pacific Time United States, so I should have a few days left of support. But i believe this is a bug, anyway. Try making a copy of one of your et buttons, see if you get the issue repeated. Thank you.

Thanks for trying, I am hard coding the hover action. For some reason, when I save the button, it becomes just a link, the hover and fill do not “attach.” I know it worked once for you, but I then selected “Large” button size, clicked Save, and the button effects disappeared again. I’m just adding hard coded CSS for the effects as a workaround. Like this: .et-button.hover-fill .hover { background-color: #000000; }
.et-button.hover-fill .regular { background-color: #ffc421; }
This is not normal, something is wrong
I figured out why it saved and worked for you, and why when I click save, it took away the hover and other effects. 
I always use BACKEND WP Bakery. I edit and save there, and this removes the special styling. Today, after thinking about this all night…. I thought, maybe you are using Front End WP Bakery. So I opened the page and for the first time in ten years, I used Front End WP Bakery. I clicked Save and the styling grabbed and worked! I have never used Front End, so this was pretty interesting! Thought you would want to know about the backend WP Bakery bug. I will use Front End WP Bakery for now, until the update. Seems like backend has some sort of “protection” or block on edits of special VC elements you made. Thanks for the clue, when you saved it worked. Started me down this path

Just checking in, did you discover the issue? Glad the front-end edit/save works for the custom VC elements. But other people may start with backend editor like me, so it could be confusing. Love the theme, though!
Hi, checked and no issues detected, i guess the issue is some plugin conflict, could you try to disable the plugins except the theme linked and activate one by one to find one that causes the issue

Hi, google changed the api usage policy now you should add your billing info to use api, i recommend using regular embeds
But, with external plugins it works. Is there any other thing that we can do?

Just a heads up, I updated theme to 3.9 and when I tried to update the Enovathemes add-ons from 3.2 to 3.3, it caused a fatal Wordpress error and I have to revert to previous day backup file. I tried 2x and both times received a fatal Wordpress error.
