Hi, I have been testing your vacation rental theme. I noticed when trying to book that additional guests fee only apply over the number of guests for the listing which is a bug. Is there a way to modify this as I did not see much documentation on it. Example charge the additional guests after 2 people a fee of $20?
The documentation also does not mention how to make the additional fees optional even though the graphic says “Such fees can be conditional”

2. The property submission form is not available yet as an Elementor Widget because it is a part of a full-fledged user Dashboard.

The advanced search comes with pre-added price options or sliders. However, we will add an option to allow users to enter the price manually so any user can type in the price input field to search for listings.

I had a discussion with our development team, and we already have a bulk pricing feature that allows you to add prices for the weekly and monthly duration.
Using this feature, you can set the price, which will automatically apply to the booking calculations.
For example, if the per night price for a property is $200, and you set $175 per night if someone books the property for 7 days or more, then the system will apply $175 in the calculation instead of $200.

Hi guys, really appealing theme you guys go here. I have few pre-sale questions before purchasing, if you can answer them, I’d appreciate a lot.
I wanna create a scenario in which I don’t wanna show the details of the vendor/customer on the frontend, for each listing which will be added by the vendor, it should first be approved from the backend and after that, in that listing, I wanna have a book/submit button on which if the customer/vendor fills the details, it gets notified to the admin/ super admins only, not to the vendor who has created the listing. Is something like this possible?
Secondly, I wanna know can I / vendors add their listing based on geolocation and can people search through geolocation as well?

1. RealHomes has a review system of WordPress which allows you to review and approve each property submitted by the users.
2. You can display the Agent/User/Author, so it is entirely up to you if you want to hide the vendor/agent/author.
3. Yes, you can also disable the notification to the agent for the agent contact form if you like.
4. The geolocation search feature is on our to-do list and is not available yet.

Hi Dear, thank you so much for your kind response. This cleared many thing, however, there is one last thing which I need to ask. Do we have a lead management system available in this theme? Like for e.g, lets say a customer applied on a property, the leads gets stored in the database and later on, it can be assigned to any agent and he can control the status just like in Woocommerce, you have completed, in-progress, cancelled etc.
Is something like this possible with your theme?

Hi dear, thank you so much for your kind responses. I just need one more confirmation before I check out, I need three types of user system on the website. One is the admin who’s gonna control all the listings, one is gonna be vendor who can come and list his property (this needs to approved from the vendor and vendor details won’t be showing on the frontend) and last one is the user who is gonna purchase/book an appointment for the property through registering on the website.
These all are possible using your theme is that correct? I’ll really appreciate if you can answer these last queries.

Yes, all of it is possible with RealHomes. I have confirmed the first two features for the website administrators and vendors/users to add and control their property listings from the WordPress Dashboard and frontend user Dashboard.
Regarding the appointment, we are adding a Schedule a Tour feature, which will be available in the upcoming version of RealHomes, that’s just around the corner.

My virus detection program aborted a connection to a site with this theme. I was about to install a backup and decided to check the original package and Bitdefender identified the virus in the original package.

I tested the original package that I downloaded and I downloaded a fresh copy. Bitdefender tested BOTH the original and the freshly downloaded version with: Threat name: JS:Trojan.Cryxos.11333.
My support ran out, so I can’t open a support ticket.
Here is the report from the scan that was done 13 minutes ago. This was the fresh download of the package from yesterday. I changed the file type to txt thinking that it would be less infecting. Obviously it is still a problem.

I also have been using Bitdefender for years and it may be that they have updated their virus definitions and this file is setting off alarm bells. What matters is that clients using Bitdefender might receive the same warnings.

I have other client interested in your theme “Real Homes” but i have question. He is a real estate agency but he also needs a holiday rental. Is it possible to have both options activated at the same time? They need:
1. As a real estate agency, they publish their properties for sale and rent.
2. As a holiday rental portal they publish the properties for holidays, the client chooses in the calendar (date and number of people) and the client pay by credit card. The calendar must be synchronized with airbnb.
Is posible?

1. They can publish their properties as an agency. Any user can sign up as an agent or agency with the ability to publish their properties. You can only allow them to submit their properties for approval, and you can approve them after reviewing them.
2. You can synchronize the calendar with AirBNB using the iCalendar Synchronize feature of the RealHomes theme.

Hi, Good evening. Do you have clients who use this template and have created a mobile app with Real Homes data? I ask because if they exist, you could evaluate publishing those success stories, I’m sure it would increase the sales of the template + it would give us direct access to be able to quote app creation services using Real Homes to you or an official agency. I know this is the best WordPress real estate template, but I’m looking to make my new site using another WordPress template (multi-site) because is “compatible” and work well with tested premade “APP Kit” for IOS and Android, both. Concerning the “Property Types Widget”. Now all types are displayed. In previously theme version, only types that had a property related to them were displayed. The other types that were “empty” were not displayed. In what way can we do that now?
