Does anyone know how to fix the logo in the mobile header being blurry in the latest theme update? (Ella version 6.4.2) The logo looks fine on desktop but on mobile it’s blurry and automatically reverts to a smaller size, which didn’t happen previously.

I am using jewellery template, In my first section I am using brand slider, I changed that into grid. Now I am changing 2 collections in a row in mobile but theme is not allowing me to do that. Hi I just bought this theme and the setup is so confusing I bought another theme. I don’t know how to set this up. Is it ok to not have a child theme and not set up the extra json? Can I just upload the ella-6.4.2-theme-source and work from scratch or will it not have some features?

In Ella version 5.0, we separate into different child themes. Now in Ella version 6.0, some child themes will be removed from Ella OR included into the homepage/ skin layout. Ella offers multiple layouts and premium functions that you can use for your store.

I’ve had several issues with this theme, and the support isnt quite helpful most of the time. My current issue is with the product tabs. When I disable (or hide) the “Description” tab, none of my other tabs is visible on Desktop. I would like my “Reviews” tab to be the default tab that shows first on the product page. The only way I got it to show on mobile is by checking the “Open Tab For Mobile” in the Reviews settings. Thanks

Hi, the block of Product Recommendations do not function, not show anythings. What is the problem? I’ve right set all SIMILAR PRODUCT and RELATED PRODUCT too each product in SEARC and DISCOVERY APP. The block is alway empty. Appear and after 1 second disappear.

I am so disappointed with the support of this theme. I have write an email with almost 10 days ago about the speed of the theme but received no reply. The new theme is deadly slow even theme thumbnail is not loading in Shopify theme library. On mobile with single banner image theme is taken almost 24 second to load. Unable to open the ticket on https://halosoft.ticksy.com/. I have send an email to your support to check to know you people are able to solve the issue then i will upgrade the support. But received no reply very disappointed with your new theme and support. Will not recommend to anyone in the future.

In old Ella, this setting you can use HTML code: https://prnt.sc/Y2X8kj6yvwiR, however, in 6.4.2 we changed the type of this setting to rich-text and you cannot enter HTML code: https://prnt.sc/vyNQaU2XLOwP
Therefore, you have to go to settings_data.json file, find to “customer_service_text” then remove HTML codes as shown below image:

- There will be requirements for setting, or change the code, but it doesn’t take too much time, we will help you do it for free.
- However, if it is your unique requirement, it takes a long time to rewrite the code, we will estimate for those custom work.
2/ Can I change colors, fonts, spacing, add custom CSS (if required)?
- Some have setting in theme setting, we will guide you to change, but some won’t have setting, we will help you change in code.

Is there a recommended unlimited option/variant app that works well with this theme? Is this a function that the theme developer might integrate within the theme so we do not have to use an app for this?

Metafields not seem to appear anywhere available even following the guide. And why need to add this c_f. on the metafileds? I have live shop with the metafilds created before and if i understand correct i need to build everything from the start?? If i would knew this i would not purchase the theme. It looks like it only good for the stores what are new build.

- For products with no variant you can hide on the collection page.
- For products with variants, and there are variants in stock and variants sout-of-stock, do you want to hide from the collection?

In a collection page, if I set the filter for size M, I would like to see only the products available for size M where the quantity is at least 1. If the quantity for size M is 0, the product should not display.

can i show individual product variants on collection pages as separate products?
your collection pages are dynamic so the 3rd party app wont work. do you offer a solution for this. thanks – maybe if your theme can offer this feature but could you recommend an 3rd party app which is compatible please.

Do you recommend in general to use the upgrade of your theme? The variations in your demo they will all show up right? i cannot hide some if i have to many color variations for example.url: https://www.pursuefitness.co.uk/collections/leggings
