May be you already activated theme to another domain that’s why showing this error. Try to deactivate the license from old domain and then activated the purchase code to new one. If still facing issue try to send your purchase code and admin access I will try to check it. Thanks

I have been posting an issue in my theme for the past week, every time when I raise an issue, your team is doing something and again the issue is popping up the next day. So what I understood is,u people are following a break-and-fix method rather than Actually finding out the root cause and fixing it. This is really very disappointing. So need my theme to get activated permanently, because I can’t rely on raising tickets or chatting with your support team on a daily basis. Hope I will get a better solution this time.

I told you that’s issue happening because of your hosting. I activated theme to your live one. Then you went to activated in subdomain. Because of your hosting you are facing issue. Thanks
I had already confirmed that we don’t need that subdomain, we need it to be activated to main domain itself. It’s already been 2 days now and still not able to activate it .

Hello again, I tried everything to speed up the website, but PageInsight tell me that it take more then 3secondes to load the template it’s very diffucult for me to speed up the website … And when I use Elementor, it’s very slow, it took me 3minutes just to change a background color …
Backend should not slow because of our theme. For frontend you can use any cache plugin for speed up. Thanks

I have choose home demo eleven that is dark but on that home page my footer logo is not changing i have changed it from braintech options it is changed from everywhere else but not from dark home page eleven. can you please help me out on this ?

Well, I was seeing issues and came here to see if it had been solved already. I saw the recommendation of removing the plugin and reinstalling. Upon doing that, it DID install a new latest version! So I am just curious if there could be some sort of update system included with the theme, wordpress, or at minimum an alert email when there’s a newer version that would potentially makes things run better you know? I do feel like my pages loaded noticeably faster haha. So something significant may have been fixed or upgraded in the recent 1.0.6 since my version was 1.0.3.

Hi, is it normal that the theme is very slow ? It takes me more than 20 secondes to load a single page, and also when I want to change something with Elementor, it takes me more than 5 secondes to switch colomn (for example).

My logo on the left top corner keeps disappearing every few days. All I do is login to my admin page wp-admin, and without doing anything logo is back. Any clue?

Hey there, still having issue with mobile sticky menu not working even though the settings it checked. Any further diagnostics I can perform? Also just ran into the Menu text Color for Sticky menu not working in desktop view. Stick menu works, but text is stuck on black and will not change when I change the Menu Text Color. The others seem to work like background, active, dropdown, etc. How can I check what is stopping that one to work properly?

Elementor suddenly updated version – we already updated the RSElements plugin. For installing the updated version of the RSElements plugin please try to install the latest update of the theme and then uninstall the RSElements plugin and delete it and then go to Appearance -> Install Plugins – install the RSElements plugin again.
