Hi, I was attempting to update Revolution Slider but I kept getting an error “update package not available”. So I thought maybe I needed to refresh my purchase code. Now the license is revoked. I tried multiple times to register an account on your website to renew the license, but the verification emails never came through. I have also tried submitting a ticket on your website but it says my suport has expired. So how do I resolve this now?

It’s important to be able to easily find an attorney based on a practice area. I can see that the individual attorney page has Practice Areas section, which I’m assuming can be linked to a category. But on the About Team page there is no filter to display attorneys for particular practice areas, or other filters such as seniority or sector.

Is it possible to add a sidebar filter to the About Team page?

Other than this one question, the rest of the theme looks great!

You can filter attorneys by categories, but this filter will be displayed above them, not in the sidebar.

there is no option to put tik tok as a social network in this theme… help

I am encountering issues with the theme after wordpress core update. The website crashes as soon as I activate goodlayers plugins. Anyone else in my situation?

Can you try to unzip the file first then zip it again then upload it? See if it’s fixed or not.

The problem is that I do not upload anything. It gets the plugins directly from the plugin session of the dashboard

It appears the theme may have been updated and the new version has a conflict that is preventing Yoast from working. I cannot access the metadata at all. Can anyone advise how to resolve this conflict?

I’ve used this theme 7 times, so I have 7 purchase codes. How do I know which purchase code goes with which installation. We need to purchase support for one site but I can’t be sure of the relevant purchase code.

Then register each purchase codes to the license portal. After that the system will show which website it’s connected to.

Hi, Since the last update, when I click on the logo or text button right ​in the header, it does not direct me to the page I have indicated in the template. I try with others links like www.google.com but do not work.

Hi, this theme is great as your others that i’ve previously used.

Just a tip: In Personnel CPT is possible to select menu order as ordering attribute, but the CPT does not support it natively.

I’ve added the attribute with one line in my child’s functions. add_post_type_support('personnel', 'page-attributes');

You might simply add it when you declare CPT.

How to fix : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature ? I can’t automatic update plugins.

Plugins are active. Upgrading by goodlayers-> install plugins or menu -> plugins does not work. Only Goodlayers plugins from an external source are affected. License key active. Support has expired.
