Hi, I purchased your theme a while ago, but would like to use it now for my next project. I’m facing some issues with your theme and would like to get your help.
1. Disable Google Fonts: I disable Google Fonts in Elementor Settings; I also opened the Home-Page and switch to the Elementor Site Settings. There I set a new custom Font. Then I visit the homepage of my site and check the sources tab in developer console. There are no google font source available. Then I switched to the listing page and check there the developer console. There are still sources for google fonts. How can I completely disable the Google Fonts and set a local Font instead?
2. I own a Font-Icon with a set of different icons and would like to use these icons also in my new project. How can I add my custom icon-font (font format) in your theme and activate it? I would like to use icons for cart, for listing types and replace all icons with my own icons. Is that possible? If yes, how?

2. We don’t have an option for this. You need to hire a developer to add custom fonts.
Maybe a nice feature for the next releases. Images can have an impact on page speed – fonts are faster and I think the need is there. I would also like if the typography management will be placed in theme options.
Hi, i would like to know if there is any change to upload a new icon-font and make it available in the icon dropdown menu to use the icons in listing types etc. I know that I can upload custom icons as image, but this is not what I’m looking for.

Hello, Loving the theme! I have finally been able to set it up for my website after having it purchased some time ago and running into some problems and questions with the packages/listing – hope you can help!
1. I have created two listing types (agent & agency) and each has two pricing options, basic and premium for each listing type.
I want the premium packages to have unlimited listings so I have created two products called “premium” and left the “listing limit” field blank (according to the description this should mean unlimited listings).
However when someone buys this package, they you can add one listing but when they try to add another listing they will have to choose and buy a package again. I have also tried setting the listing limit to 10000 in order to rule out this as cause.
What am I doing wrong?
2. I would like my customers to pay yearly so I have set the listing duration to 365 days. Does the listing product works the same as a subscription plan? Meaning will my customer automatically receive an invoice and will they automatically be charged on the same card as used during sign up?
3. And will the listing automatically renew every year after a successful payment?

Update: In regards to 1, I can now see that you can select the button Use available package but only for the already bought package.
What I would like to achieve is having two listing types with slightly different features (Agents and Agencies).
Each listing type has a basic and premium package (WooCommerce product). But only when you buy the package “Premium Agency”, I would like my customer to be able to create unlimited agency and agent listing pages.
In other words, when you buy the most expensive package you can create multiple listing types without paying extra. Would this be possible and how?

1. I’m not sure if I understood it correctly. You can create one “Premium” package and assign the same to both listing types. Users would only purchase it once and each other time they would just select that package and proceed with adding a new listing.
2. That’s not available unfortunately. If you want to enable recurring payments you need to use WC Subscriptions.
3. That would be the case with WC Subscriptions.

1. Okay got it – it would be great if you could consider adding this in the future. In my case, the four mentioned packages are priced differently therefore I have created four products. Creating two products and add them to both listing types would unfortunately not work and need to come up with a different pricing strategy.
2 & 3. How would this work with WC Subscriptions? Will new options automatically be added to the product that can be chosen to set this up? Please walk me through the setup

1. Here’s how you can do it. For Agency listing type you create two packages (Basic and Premium). For Agents you create Basic and Advanced and also use the Premium package of Agency for Agents too.
2. When you create listing packages you’ll see a new option “Listing subscriptions”. That will show in the add listing form just like normal packages. Listings that are added using that subscriptions will be published for as long as the subscription is active.

1. We don’t have an option to import users, if you use a plugin like WP All Import it requires to purchase an add-on for user imports. If you find a plugin that works the bookmark details are store in the “wp_usermets” table using this meta key”_case27_user_bookmarks”. Meta data for each user is serialized e.g. if a user has one listing bookmarked with the id 160 it would look like this “a:1:{i:0;i:160;}”

Which PHP version do you have? Have you updated other plugins and WordPress as well? What error are you seeing when you update the theme?
I have a list that I have not linked to any paid package and I have set the deadline to 30 days as a default setting. In the backend the lists have expired but remain published. They should set to unpublish. Why ?
Maybe because they are not linked to a package?
Also in listing type there is an “Expiry rules” tab and it is set to “Expires when the expiry date is reached” so it should be correct.
If there is a rule select I think that rules can be defined but how? I didn’t find any information in the documentation.

To make the problem better understood, the backend shows me the correct expiration date but does not mark it as expired. If I click on edit and simply save it marks it as expired. Maybe there is some cron job I need to set up to mark all expired lists?

Hey guys, how can I style the WP Editor text that goes in that box? I’m having the following challenges:
1. – Long list where everyone has to scroll all the way down to see options but any way to display “accordion” way the different type of content? For example; Manu one box, then another one drinks etc – all listings have different menu fyi 2. – How can we style it ? Is very plain and hard to make it aligned. For example, I created some text and looks aligned in the WP editor but the browser shows it all broken and not even or aligned.

Hi there, we would like to buy the theme because it meets almost all of our requirements except one. However, there seems to be a major uncertainty about how the theme works with Elementor based on the documentation. It seems you cannot edit the post/listing types with elementor. For example, we would like to add additional features/widgets in the listing types that are not currently available in the theme. For example, when creating a listing type like restaurant, how do we edit it with Elementor so we can add more options/widgets beyond the fields enabled by you?
An alternative would be to create an Elementor template and add all fields/widgets, including those from your theme. But it doesn’t seem that your theme fields would be so readily available for selection or that everything would work well.
How do we go about this?
