Recent update theme but totally broke the site. It’s sort of usable on mobile but the desktop pages are completely compressed into small columns and it is unusable. Please fix asap.

Getting ready to purchase Jannah again for another organization. Is is possible to remove the hyperlink on the front page slider or use Revolution Slider? They are looking for a generic slider rather than one based on posts.

We have uploaded version 6.1.1 to Themeforest to fix this issue and waiting for approval, for now go to the theme options page > Header > and disable the Login from the Secondary Nav and Main Nav till updating to the new version 6.1.1

After installing the new Update from 12. January, the design of the website is totally ruined – Only one kind of mobile layout is displayed, even on the desktop I had to go back to the last one, then everything works fine. I cleared the cache, turned off the plugins and nothing

Hi. Tielabs team. Even with the update the instagram feed on the main page is still showing an error. I have reconnected the insgtagram account. Error validating access token. Hope support is still possible even without new license.

Login to Instagram and go to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ and remove the websites and apps appear there, then reconnect your account from the theme options page > Integrations section.

Regarding today’s update (01/12/2023):

I have 18 licenses for 18 different sites. But licenses do not work – authorization fails. I recommend not updating to a new version either, as support is currently slow. You who are going to buy a license, be careful, because the TieLabs license manager does not work, so the problem is that if you need to make any changes in the panel (theme options – control panel) of your Jannah theme, you will not be able to because of the license does not validate. I’ve been waiting over a month for a solution. Two unsuccessful updates by TielLabs.

I want to see if they will respond here. I doubt! I think I’ve been suffering prejudice for being Brazilian. See the error:

“ERROR Authorization failed

All your licenses assigned to another domains, remember One license is valid for one domain only, you can check and manage your licenses from your licenses page on our website.

This token does not exist, try to verify your purchase again.”

@TieLabs – I did that, of course, but only importing a backup with the old theme solved the problem of the completely destroyed display.

Where is the TikTok footer in the setting? have you stopped supporting the TikTok plugin that was introduced in Jannah’s previous version?

Install the QuadLayers TikTok Feed and the TikTok section will appear in the theme options page > Footer settings.

Please note the plugin itself have a lot of issues since implementing the new TikTok API and they moved most of the features to the pro version, so we might remove it from the theme in the future updates.

how do i enable to right click and copy my blog post for some reason it is disabled. i bought more then one of the same theme and the other sites are not doing that

Please how can I manually fill in a license? I bought 6 but every time I validate a license with the plugin, it deletes the license from another site to validate the one I request validation on. I only use 4 licenses out of 6! Thanks

Just go to https://tielabs.com/members/licenses/ and deactivate all licenses then re-activate the license on all domains one by one to fix this conflict.

How do you set featured image for video posts same as video thumbnail ? I do not want to use a separate image for featured image and rather use video thumbnail as image ..I tried changing post setting to video post but it doesn’t show video thumbnail.
