Hi, 1. is it possible to have different memberships or packages depending on user role? 2. Is it possible to use memberships but at the same time featured option (the user can select a membership when he wants to submit a listing, but if he wants to Feature his listing after the end of his Membership without taking a new membership he can choose to Feature his listing only). 3. Is it possible to hide some Dashboard features depending on user role? 4. Is it possible to start creating a new listing and register and choose the package only at the end of the process? 5. Is it possible to give the Agency role the possibility to approuve Listings of their agents? 6. Is it possible to give the Agency role the possibility to create their agents? 7. Is it possible to charge fees to Agencies per agent created, example: for 5 agents charge a certain amount, and if they want to upgrade charge another amount? Thanks.

1. Yes, you can create more than one package then user will purchase that package according to their needs. But there is no option to set the auto packages or membership according to the user roles automatically.
2. Yes he can feature the listing if there is a featured listing available in his membership package otherwise not possible.
3. No not possible to hide the dashboard features depending on the user roles.
4. No, the package should purchase before adding the new listing.
5. No the properties are only approved by the admin, not the agency.
6. Yes, the agency can easily create its agents.
7. No not possible to charge the fees to agencies per agent created.

Pagination Bug, good day, I thought issue was only on my site but I tested your demos and same thing happends..if you go on half map ( map on side not header ) you go down and go to page 3 of the results, click on a property to view, click back to go to results again, you are taken to page 1 not page 3 like you previous were on, so if someone is on page 8 and clicks to view property, go back, they would be taken to page 1 and restart again. Not good for navigation as no one wants to see all the property they already skipped thur 8 pages.
With Header Map, it seems to work, the URL changes to “Page 2” as you move along pages and returns to same page once you exit property page, but not with Map on the side..

Is it possible to add icons to search fields (the search bar in home page) I would like to add icon for price, Location, bathroom, bedroom and so on. Same question for tabs, is it possible to add icon to rent tab or sell tab? Last question is it possible to add a permanent label for fields like currency in price field and square meter m2 in area field in both submission form and search fields? I believe this would be great for your theme as so many themes are already offering these features. Thanks.
Icons option not available for search and tabs, you have to make little change in child theme to achieve it. You can hire our team for this change.

hi, i have problem with slow speed with agency page like if somone open agency page its load after 20 sec min and if other user meantime open as site its cant be open straigh way untill agency page fully load, agents profile working good, i tried many plugins for cache and also i maanage to clean my data base still agecny page taking too long as many agencies have more then 100+ lisitngs if no listing its open instantly , i open a ticket but not comfertble response, i checked my hosting after week we testt all good my other domains website have 90% score but this i suffer customers as grow more listings becoming more sloww

Simply Explain what is the issue with Theme, is it cant able to handle large properties lidstings, is it only for small agents and agencies, if its not then why u cant do to resolve slow agency page loading i sent backend user and passwrod then FTP , even no one able to answer in support ticket

The attached part should be like the image upload above and videos can be uploaded to our own server. we don’t want to use youtube We want to upload a video while uploading real estate, and the video we uploaded should come on the real estate detail page. we want to upload video as mp4
