Hi I’m using a nulled version of Avada I’m satisfied with the theme so i need to purchase it i want to use a legal theme before i launch my website so i want to know will you assist me to replace the data in nulled version to legal version?

We suggest you to purchase a valid license of Avada, it is not encouraged to use a nulled version, when you purchase a license you will get 6 months of support too and should be able to open a support ticket with our team for any further assistance.

Avada itself is Accessibility standards compliant in terms of core functionality like Menus etc but because we hand over all the design/styling tools to the customer and how flexible every aspect of Avada is (like colors, spacing, element sizing), its something the users would need to check for when developing their site.
Our prebuilt sites are mainly to showcase the design prowess of the theme so they are not 100% tested for Accessibility compliance like that but once you do import a prebuilt site, you are free to adjust the sizing/colors/spacing etc freely as needed.

For that, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or even use the unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

If you mean to find all your previous purchase codes:
a) Access the downloads section of your ThemeForest account, https://themeforest.net/downloads b) Access your license via the download tab in the of your Avada item download button, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/yegnoscv c) Each single purchase of Avada will have its own respective purchase code. One purchase code can be used to register a single Avada install.
Once you get the purchase codes, please navigate to: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/and you can add all purchase codes one by one:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAurww9NYou will then see a ‘refresh’ button in front of each purchase code on above page I linked – hitting that will show you which site is registered with that purchase code.

Hi Abbas, I did everything you suggested, but when I enter the codes and click on the “register” button to the side (the word “refresh” does not appear for new entries) and after “Fetching the associated domain” nothing changes. The field where the site name should appear is still empty.

Is the Avada theme compatible with Essential Grid? I have a masonry grid that is no longer displaying.
Could it be the shortcodes? Is it best to add shortcodes in the Code or Text widget?

Usually 3rd party adding/plugins will offer their own grid based display options like a shortcode.You can check the plugin documentation for that. We do off our own Woo Product Grid element but it’ll only filter based on category or tags.

Hi! I have a homepage hero area where I’d like to drop a looping video as a background. I’d like to make sure that the video: 1. is anchored from the top (so that heads of people don’t get cut off 2. is only a set amount of pixels tall.

I have been using the theme for more than two years, it is great theme and has more than enough features. You can build any website with the theme. Lately, I care more about performance and speed of my website, I have done everything to speed up the site, and Avada seems to be the core issue for performance. Too many features means too many JavaScript, I only enabled the features I need (11 out of more than 70 features) and JavaScript still load in every single page. 1- cssua.js (idk what its used for) 2- animations.js (not used) 3- avada-crossfade-images.js (not used) 4- modernizr.js (idk) 5- isotope.js (idk) 6- packery.js (idk) 7- parallax.js (not used) 8- lightbox.js (not used) 9- alert.js (not used) 10- flexslider (not used) 11- fusion-video.js (only youtube video on one post) but load everywhere 12- fusion-column.js (only used on home page but still loads everywhere
these are unneeded JavaScript because there are features I disabled but still load, removing these JavaScript would save 5+ in load time. I do not mind paying someone or paying for support to only remove these JavaScript. I do not want to renew support though, just pay to get this taking care of. there are more JavaScript loads but I just added these as an examples. Page requests are 130-150 that’s a lot of requests which of course slows the page loading time.

Avada removes a big chunk of the required resources (CSS/JS files) when they’re not needed but in some cases a few resources are still required for basic functionality even if the resource seems unnecessary at first. Do i need a separate license for multiple subdomains or i can use the same license as long as the main domain is the same?

Hey Team Avada, I stumbled across a bug with the Vimeo element after your 7.9 update. I worked closely with support for almost a week but we could never replicate or solve the issue. I’m happy to report I’ve cracked the code and can now replicate the issue on demand.
The issue I was having was causing the Vimeo element to be stuck at 100% width. No matter what pixel/percentage value used, it remained stuck at 100% of the container. Drove me crazy.
The issue was caused by the element selections under Performance Wizard/Elements/Design Elements. If you have the Vimeo element enabled while having the YouTube element disabled, it will trigger the issue.
Please add this to the documentation and/or troubleshooting so it can help others. The problem was serious enough for me to consider switching themes. If you’d like to reward me, feel free to fax me a pizza or something lol.

We need to update Avada Core, Avada Builder and slide revolution. It’s giving us an error and believe we need to manually update it to the latest version.
It says: The following data is sent to a ThemeFusion server located in the U.S. to ensure that patches are compatible with your install.
Avada Version: 7.8.2
How can we get the updated files as it’s not working when It’s done through the avada dashboard. Thanks

You should definitely be able to update from this version towards our updated version that is 7.9.1 right now, if that is not the case please make sure of two things.
a. Please make sure that you have a default WP theme installed (not active) b. Please make sure that your Avada is properly registered with a valid purchase code.
