I also need help with the theme. I’ve updated WP Bakery, but a few plugins won’t update, and the Team Details widget won’t save my updates. It’s a cool theme, but like another poster shared, it needs updating.

This theme has not been updated since 2020. I cannot create pages, posts or anything. Whenever I tried to update and activate WPBakery Visual Composer, it’s telling me The following required plugin is currently inactive. PLEASE DON’T TELL ME TO CREATE A TICKET. This theme has been abandoned!

I don’t need support license to get updates. The theme is old and need updating. You guys have not updated it since 2020 and WP keeps getting updated every month. A lot of your files don’t work with newest WP versions. I was having the same issues when I first purchased and support license was active. The issues I’m reporting where there from day one. UPDATE THE THEME. NO ONE SHOULD BUY THIS THEME UNTIL IT’S UPDATED. IT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 2020!

Guys, am I the only one with these issues? I keep getting the message “This theme requires the following plugin: WPBakery Visual Composer.” Whenever I try to update that plugin on the admin panel I get the error “Please select a file”. I cannot update any other plugins because of that error.
When I update via FTP/SSH, I get duplicate install. It install the new version, but keep the old version, but only the old version is active. When try to uninstall the old version and activate the new version, it doesn’t recognize it.
LASTLY, the theme showing version 4.2 on my dashboard, but Version 2.3 | Date: July 14, 2020 on your update document here. When was the last time this theme was updated?

This theme needs an update. I cannot make posts and know someone else using that team that cannot make posts. This theme has a series of flaws and need an update immediately. Every time I tried to update a plugin it’s gives “File Not Found” error. When I delete the plugin and reinstall with the new version, it’s still giving a message that says the plugin is required. When you reinstall the older version, the plugin required message goes away, but both versions are installed, but only the old version can be activated. For instance, it’s doing that with WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution plugins. I raised that issue before, but no fixes.

So I see you have changed the name of your theme which is why it doesn’t show there is an update in Envato Market plugin. How do I upgrade the the latest edition without breaking my site?

You can download the theme from themeforest. Remove the current theme and simply install the latest theme. Before making a change, take the backup of all files and databases and setup install it on a demo instance/server.
Please don’t forget to upgrade/reinstall all plugins after upgrading the theme.
