The theme can be adapted (replacement of the current products) for any business type.
All you have to do is to choose a demo that’s more suitable for your business type, use or demo importer (to start your website from a premade pages) and then only replace the products, prices, images etc.

Is it possible that I can use the theme with elementor?
Yes it is possible! The only thing is that you have to build the pages from scratch. So far we don’t provide demo files for elementor (only for WPBakery).
But by default it can be used with Elementor as well. Note: The elementor demo data files are coming soon. We are working to also release the Elementor variant.

I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error (Access to this resource on the server is denied!) when i try to update a page on the website. I have tried all the regular 403 error fixes but nothing seems to be working. I even tried updating the outdated woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php from version 4.0 to 7.4 but nothing worked.

I have enjoyed using this theme, however being a subscription theme, I am finding that an essential function is missing from it, that is the customer must be able to cancel thier subscription themselves from the account page. This seems to be missing, is this a feature that you have to buy the $199/year premium product for? It seems a very basic and necissary function.

So far we didn’t received such reports from customers. If you choose to work with the YITH Subscriptions plugins (3rd party plugin) the free variant, then customers can disable their subscriptions from their bank accounts (usually all the banks have options to see what active subscriptions you have and disable them). Same for PayPal for example.
Customers can also contact the website via the contact form and ask to disable the subscription.
We love to introduce new features in our theme. We bundled the free variant of the YITH Subscriptions plugin with the theme to show how subscriptions will work with the theme.

I am posting this before purchasing the theme. It’s a great theme. I have a query, is there any screen for the user to track all deliveries in the backend? Let’s say the user selects 30 deliveries. and wants to see those in the backend, will he/she be able to see it?

The shipping usually depends on who is delivering the orders. So if you use a 3rd party company (DHL, UPC or a local company), then you can enable a plugin from them and your user will track their orders.
Now, if you (the company) create and also deliver the orders, we do have this feature where users can track their orders:

You can do anything you just mentioned (Creating a nice page design with our in-house built free/bundled plugin – Product Configurator for pages – see the Meal Kit subscription demo here: https://wc-pvc.themeslr.com/ ) – Configuring a subscription based meal kit contents as well.
Since you configure a subscription product, it will then go as long as you subscribed for with the configuration selected at first.
WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin (premium) may let customers modify their subscriptions. I have to check that and post an update here soon. (Admins can modify subscriptions for sure, but I’m not sure if the customers would be allowed to, aswell).

There is no option on WooCommerce Subscriptions to update the next meal from your subscription. Most probably because the price is different when you select another option from the Meal kit.
Now, what you can do (but you will choose of course):
Configure a meal kit plan, where clients have to select for every week day the meals that will be shipped on each day.
This way they will select from the very beginning of the subscription what will be shipped daily.

Hi, I am considering to purchace the theme. The main reason is the Crate Configuration option. However, when looking at the demo on mobile it looks like this feature is not responsive. Half of the options are off screen. Is this a fixable bug?

After importing content I am not seeing box configurator – where can I find it?

The plugin is located on the /plugins/ folder of the downloaded archive *(from ThemeForest). You can simply install it manually. It is named wc-pcv.zip
Note: We decided keep it away from the automatic installer because not all the customers are using it and it would slow down the install/demo import process.
