Quick question: Can I run the Demo import without overwriting the existing website? I deleted all not needed pages a while ago and now I need some of these pages. Or is there another way to get for example the “blog” page?

If you only deleted the pages, they should be in the trash. If you haven’t emptied the trash, you can easily restore them from there. This is the simplest solution. Let us know if this helps!

Hello does your theme provide an online purchase key so that the theme is only used only once, we are bit worried that the agency will use it for other projects. Hope you can help

Thank you for reaching out to us. Each theme has its own unique license certificate and purchase code. According to the license, a theme can be used for only one website. Therefore, the agency cannot use the theme for other websites. If they wish to do so, they would need to purchase the theme each time.

By default theme has options to sort by property type and location. You can change the location filter to rent/sale. If you want to add one more filter you will need to do it with customization.

The first link worked, although a little slow. But the second one, the one in the demo, still doesn’t work, even if I change browsers, clear cache and enter a privacy window…

We tested the latest version of the theme on our QA with a fresh WordPress installation, and the filter works as it should.
We updated the theme to the latest version on our demo, and the issue was fixed after clearing the Cloudflare cache using the Cloudflare plugin. We tested it successfully in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. However, it seems that after some time, there is a need to clear the cache again. We will investigate this further with our developer.

It works fine on a fresh WordPress installation (first link). It seems like something is more likely on the server side. We are still investigating it.
Filtering works like this: When you click a button or select an item from the selector, an AJAX request is triggered. The server processes the request and produces filtered content that completely replaces the previous content in this block.
If there are no errors in the scripts (there are none) and no server errors (there are none), then everything should work fine.
As for the second question: we don’t use a caching plugin on the demo, the cache is configured on the server itself. We use Cloudflare for all themes, and static files are cached on edge servers. It works fast mainly due to the CDN.

We confirm that the issue was on the server and Cloudflare side, not with the theme. We updated the Cloudflare settings, and now it works well on the demo.

I’d like to offer some general information. The theme meets the high standards of the Themeforest marketplace. We recommend exploring the theme demo to understand how responsive design, search functionality, and loading speed work. If you plan to completely redesign a single project page, it’s essential to have specific knowledge.
The demo site has been developed using Elementor page builder, not a paid Elementor Pro version. The theme is compatible with Elementor page builder not with Elementor Pro. Some settings also made with Customizer. You can find more information in our documentation. We didn’t test the theme with Yoast plugin. In the theme, we use custom widgets for the footer. If you want to rebuild it you can replace it with standard ones.

The theme includes editable HTML files, but it’s crucial to implement version control. Any edits made directly to the theme files will be reset after theme update.
For a more stable solution, consider installing a Child Theme. While this allows your edits to persist through updates, please note that not every aspect can be modified through the Child Theme. Successful HTML editing in a WordPress theme requires specialized knowledge.

Hi, I just installed the theme, everything is perfect except for the slider. Indeed by default in the options of Elementor it forces the version v8.45 of the library swiper which is not supported by the theme (we hope it will be the case soon

And second question: yes you can duplicate such pages as many times as you need. To make it easy you can use a plugin like Yoast Duplicate Post.

The “Schedule a Tour” popup form in your theme works but its not grabbing the data being submitted by the end user. When the email arrives to my inbox It just shows the dynamic fields which are defined through the admin area (ex. [_first_name]).

Hi, icons were made exclusively for the Linden theme. You will get all icons shown in the demo after the demo content installation (Check the media tab in the WordPress admin panel).
If you need extra icons you can find a similar style on https://www.flaticon.com and https://thenounproject.com or others. Also, you can hire a designer on Upwork, or Fiverr who can create icons in the same style.
