Is in your plans to add conditional logic for different types of properties to have different fields in the submit form and in the search filters? It doesn’t make sense to have the same submit form and search filters for a houses/business offices/factory facilities etc

I was checking in the comments section here and found alot of people asking for it within all the previous years of Houzez so i want to ask if is that difficult to implement that functionality at the stage of development the Houzez currently is? I love your theme, so congratz to all in your team for your hard work.
The problem is, we have to change core of system which can have impact on thousands of existing clients, we have to find a way to make it work for new and existing clients and we are seriously thinking about it. It can take time but we are 100% committed to do this.
In current version, if you just keep fields empty for some type, those fields will not show for that listing when visitor visit, for example for Land property type, you can keep empty bedrooms, bathrooms fields etc

- Create a backup of your website before updating the theme - Deactivate and delete the current version of the theme before uploading the new version - Reactivate the new version of the theme after it has been uploaded - Check the theme options and customizer settings, and adjust them if necessary. - It is also recommended to test the website on a staging environment before updating it on the live website

Why aren’t you solving the problem? wp all export doesn’t work properly, because of a bug in your theme. Even a simple wordpress export does not work properly. Image url does not unload. To my ticket – 48419, you are answering not on topic at all. Write about import, but I need a working export. I read the comments here, this problem is not just for me, but for other people as well. And it’s been like a year. But you don’t solve it.

You can use WordPress core export under Tools -> Export it will include all images too.
Wordpress core export doesn’t export images. Fix the issue!! Did you try to export? Send to my email exported xml with image urls.
This is not something which we can change, it is WP Core. If you export whole content then it include media, if you just export posts, or properties then it will not.
PS: I asked WP Export code snippet, as soon as i get, i send you.

1. Yes, you can create more than one package then user will purchase that package according to their needs. But there is no option to set the auto packages or membership according to the user roles automatically.
2. Yes he can feature the listing if there is a featured listing available in his membership package otherwise not possible.
3. No not possible to hide the dashboard features depending on the user roles.
4. No, the package should purchase before adding the new listing.
5. No the properties are only approved by the admin, not the agency.
6. Yes, the agency can easily create its agents.
7. No not possible to charge the fees to agencies per agent created.
