hi is your latest update compatible for php 8.0?

Hi, I got a notification to update the theme with the latest version but I don’t want to do it cause I already did and all my products have been deleted for this reason, and updating the theme didn’t solve the issue. I had to restore a backup, but the products are still missing.

I got this error message and I’m wondering why is this possible

I went to the https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ site and this purchase code is only registered for the staging site (not sure why it says ​​that is the Live site on your license page)

Why cant I register the site with the code?

Hello, From what I see there are two different versions. With Elementor the library includes 292 sections but with wpbakery there are more than 600 block sections. Do you recommend using wpbakery over Elementor? What are the differences between both pagebuilders?

My license shows as in use, but I need to deactivate it to use it on my new site. What should I do?

​I am getting php parameters configuration error. I made the settings recommended in the article https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/article/8024/ but the same error continues to appear.

Do I have to purchase a new license for my site? THE GEM included WP BAKERY plugin I though.

my support has expired. After the recent update there is an issue with the mobile menu. the mobile menu has issues when there are sub menus. For example, about us is a page and it has sub menu under it. but on the mobile, the about us page is not clickable. clicking on ;about us’, shows the sub menus but there is no way to go the about us page. I checked the setting in the menus that said, make this item clickable. that sort of fixed it in a ugly way, where on clicking about us, it showed the sub menu with another item that said, ‘show this page’. that is not clean but workable, but now on the desk top, it also says ‘show this page’. so, how do i fix the mobile menu, or do i need to add a different mobile menu plugin? thanks​

Hi there – you system told me that I have exceeded my licenses – I hadn’t – i deregistered my existing site to see if I could resolve it that way – but now it will not allow me to register it again and says I need to buy a new code??

I only have one version of this site that I want to register and therefore what to use the code that came with it.

What do I need to do to activate my site again?

I updated the theme to the most recent version and now the background image from the hero slider – Slider Rev, is missing on the live site. Cleared caches, but it persists. It’s still there when I view in edit mode, and also appears in preview- from Sliver Rev, but no longer appears on my website?!

There is a problem with the shop grid on mobile, the pricing overlaps the title and I have sent screenshots and asked for help on your support for 2 days, and just received a generic response from Michael that said something random that there is a one click optimization, which I already used. It has nothing to do with the help I need and now I have to wait more days to go back and forth to finally get help. I have lost sales now waiting to help fix this. Maybe you could get some better support staff to help with bug issues instead of just sending generic responses that waste days of time!

We have problem with our licence. We have used the the theme only on one website, but because the site is with two language versions that under separate domains in TheGem License Manager we had entered both domains. I don’t know what happened, but we stoped getting theme updates and we deregitered both domains and tried to register only the primary domain, but now we are not able to. When we try to activate the theme we get the following error – Invalid purchase code: Purchase code provided with an invalid format.

Can you please help us solve this issue.
