... each of them missining important PHP error and SECURITY fixes …
So please just update your theme for latest WP, WC and PHP compatibility and include latest versions of built-in plugins … or allow a free switch without included support) to antother of yours multipurpose responsive themes that are still maintained (eg.: Archi / Onum / Sandbox) Otherwise your claim for lifetime updates on your products is only a big lie !!!

Other 9 months has gone …. your reaction (nothingness) still the same.
You advertise great savings due to included plugins, but the reality is that they are not because they are old, outdated/incompatible and potentially dangerous due to their security flaws.
... and this theme is on average 40% more expensive than others that beside being better (eg. bridge, just a point of view) are also actively supported. You are fooling over 500 purchasers in this way.

Theme (2.4.0) is not updated almost two years: with 2.4.0 the bundled plugins was removed thus the latest plugin files are from theme version 2.3.0 and even this haven’t teir latest versions.
Please release latest versions of bundled plugins (jc_composer, layerslider, mega_main_menu) !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fact is the theme (2.0.2) does not run with php8 and I cannot find any new versions change log issue concerning php8. So I don’t know if this is resolved.
Ok I got the license key, but it seems expired. However buying a theme usually it is guaranteed to have the theme updates. Actually, I don’t need support, but need to update the theme. How is that to handle when I cannot download it?

I did this, but no solution. I find out that the jQuery is outdated and not supported in the latetst WQordpress version. Is the envor template going to be updated? or is it end of life?

Using the jQuery Migrate Helper, I got the following message:

I bought this theme back in 2015 originally and now I have changed the company name and server location so I bought the up to date theme, but i am unable to change the main colour from the Red to 3399cc hex colour, no matter what I do it will NOT accept it and returns it to the original Red colour? Also not uble to upload a new logo.

It looks like my support expired while I was trying to sort this out. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to finish troubleshooting becuse I don’t have an iPad to check the site on so I have to wait for feedback from someone else 
This was the query:
“My client has just noticed that the site does not display correctly on iPad in portrait mode. (screenshots available)
This seems to be a new problem: one of the other team members seems to think it was working previously. I don’t have an iPad, so I can’t check or replicate the problem.
Do you have any idea why this might happen, or how to fix it without breaking something else

Support replied that I could “setup responsive in Columns Settings”, but this does not seem to have helped me. In column settings > Responsive Options, the Small screen size setting cannot be edited (presumably this would be applicable to iPad?) It has “Default value from width attribute” and its greyed out.

I updated the theme as per instructions. The problems persisted on iPad, so I went to have a look at your demo site, and it see that it has the same problem with certain elements.
I’m using Responsinator to check (http://www.responsinator.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdemo.vegatheme.com%2Fenvor%2F )
Scroll down to the section for iPad (iPad portrait · width: 768px) to see what I mean.
Problem elements include but not limited to:
OT Services Box, Pricing Tables #1 and others.
Any ideas how to solve this?
