We’ve clarified about GTMetrix and Google Page Speed scores. We are advertising speed measured using pingdom. We’ve disabled optimisation plugins to enable SVG related JS functions to load.

Front Job board is built using the WP Job Manager Plugin. It supports all features of WPJM.

Currently, WPJM has only code support for custom fields. To add a custom field, you need to use custom code. Even if you were to use ACF, you’ll have to use custom coding. If you are familiar with coding, you can make the changes.

A theme plays a very small role. It only styles the output generated by WP Job Manager. All data and content are fetched by WP Job Manager itself. WPJM is scalable and can manage 1000+ job and 500+ companies.

Candidate/Resumes related features are provided by WP Job Manager Core Add-on plugin that is called “Resume Manager”. Resume Manager plugin is not included with our theme package. You can check about the credit to contact feature with Resume Manager documentation.

Yes, you can add more custom filters to the jobs.

Our theme is only built for WordPress. We are not familiar with Laravel. Choice of framework is your decision, should you decide to use WordPress and WP Job Manager, you can use our theme for the frontend.

So I have to buy your theme and add-ons from WPJM in order to let the job board run, correct?

How about UI adjustment from some parts, e.g. advance filter, filter placement, job listing style (left sidebar, top filter, with map), etc., does your theme support these?

Or do you have a demo with full WPJM installed so I can see exactly it’s gonna be?

1. We intend to support Front for all future versions of WordPress. We are currently experimenting the new FSE feature of WordPress with Front.

2. Our theme currently does not support PHP 8 as some plugins used by the theme may not be PHP 8 compatible yet.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The plugin that we’ve used for our theme is WordPress Job Manager: https://wpjobmanager.com/

You can use this plugin but for the design, it is not possible to have 2 themes running on a single installation. You can use a multisite installation and run Front separately.
