hey guys, does this work with latest wordpress update, once i updated everything broke

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

it’s great on PC while on mobile there is no easy Search field for customer , and there is no easy way to add videos for your products and there is no tested plugin for adding videos so you have to figure it out and accept the results , hope to solve this permanently “NOT as a workaround” , Normal Search field for mobile that easy form customer to use it , and easy product video plugin

When are you going to release an update for the theme? It has outdate files for woocommerce

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme should work correctly with the latest version of WordPress and you should know that in case you need the latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with the latest version. As for the WooCommerce, please take a look at the following article.

I am having trouble with the license key (purchase code) for revolution slider. The key on Download > License Certificate does isn’t valid.

The Revolution Slider plugin came as bundled within the theme, and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for it. When a plugin is updated, we will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Yes, did the update to theme version is 1.10. It shows this error – cocco/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 4.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.2.0, cocco/woocommerce/product-searchform.php version 3.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.0.1

The Core version is 1.7.1 so please check if you updated the Core plugin as well.
When it comes to Woo you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.
We tested the theme with the latest version of Woo and WP and could not encounter any issue with it since everything was working fine.

Yes, the core version is up to date 1.7.1 Looks like the problem is with WPBakery page builder. The page works fine if i open it from admin panel.

Hello, upon installing the theme and adding “Mikado Icon with Text” to make it like the qodeinteractive shop-grid page, it is very different. How do I make the background and dotted interrupted lines for that element? Also, how do add the Wishlist and My bag on the right of the search while also being visually styled the same way the example theme page for shop-grid is?

Hi. I’m running this theme on PHP 7.4 but need to upgrade to 8.1. However when I switch to 8.1, the website stops working (A critical error has occurred on your website. Check your site administrator’s inbox for instructions.). Is the theme not compatible with PHP 8.1?

Is there a way to see a visual list of all the available icons in this theme? When using an icon element, I can select between Dripicons, Font Elegant, Font Awesome, etc., but then I only get a text list of the preinstalled icons (for example “dripicons-alarm, dripicons-align-center, dripicons-align-justify, ...”).
This list isn’t very helpful because it’s obviously much easier and quicker to actually see an icon rather than to only read its name and then having to select it and update the page to see what the actual frontend version of the selected icon looks like.
Am I missing something or is blindly selecting an icon by name the only way to see what I’m actually working with?

I am running wordpress on AWS Lightsail. It has 2GB Ram, 1 CPU, 60 GB storage. But my server keeps crashing after installing this theme. Last time I got the error of out of memory on server system logs. I want your help resolving this issue. How can I make this theme to use less resources.
