When i save the page all the blank lines are gone and the container with the prices are getting mixed up. It doesn’t matter what page it’s on anywhere the container with the prices are on it.

hi i have my license with a multisite that uses the subdomain structure. they all have the same primary domain. does that mean i will need a separate license for each site? thanks

Hi, i would love to have horizontal Scroll options. Are they planned for the close future? And what about animations that depend on scroll up and down (on scrolll down they start and on scoll up they get reverse). Thanks

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

I am not quite sure what you do mean by a real time search engine but we do have an option of live search. This will display results in the search bar as a dropdown as soon as it find relevant pages. Since the last updates of the Avada theme and patch, every of our websites meet significant slowdown. Please do you plan to fix these issues ? Otherwhise, we are gong to buy other themes for the website to come. Thank for your answer.

that’s terrible, that we have to renew a licence to get the support team for this kind of issues. The renew of the licence should be less expensive than the actual price..

Can you please try to unregister the purchase code.You can unregister the site via the Avada support account and then re-register it via the regular registration method in the site

Image Carousel. With 4 images and 4 maximum columns works fine when show navigation is on. But when navigation disabled, shows only 2 images.

Am I missing something?

Hey guys,

We have several hundred licenses across many accounts. No doubt the best Wordpress theme in existence. Our team just started a build with the latest version and have found some critical errors.

One relates to titles taking on properties of the first title in the stack, not matter what all other settings are. Another is related to embedded columns not displaying shadows. That’s after just an hour of using the latest build. Tried many fixes, nothing seems to work.

Once you respond happy to delete this comment. We’d just prefer direct communication to get these issues addressed immediately, especially when we don’t want to chance updating 500+ sites not knowing what the outcome might be.

Regarding the title, every title element should hold its own value, however in many cases customers have their own html added inside the title element that can definitely break titles and can cause this issue, this will require our team to check how the title is setup, from your end please make sure that there is no broken html or extra header tag inside the title element, you should be setting the header from the design tab in title.

Regarding the box shadow, can you please make sure you are on the latest version that is 7.9.2 as we have fixed a bottom shadow issue specific to image element, but this will also need us to check how this is all setup, in any case you have a valid support, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.

How do I add a link to a “Accept and close” text in order to close off canvas? What would be link href in that case?

Hello, i want to buy your theme but before i have 2 questions

I would use the website mainly for online shop. 1. On the mobile version in the online shop where you want to order a product you have an add to cart button but when you add product there is no notification that the product has been added to the cart only when you go back down under the add to cart button on the product page you see that the product has been added to the shop. Is it possible to change this? To add some notification that product has been added to your cart.

2. Is it also possible to have a cart icon on the mobile version and that when you add a product to the cart that the icon shows how many products you have in the cart?

I do see you already have a purchase batch on your user account. However, to answer your queries

1) You can use custom layouts and post cards to change this and a notice can be added

2) While this can be added, there is sometimes not enough space in a mobile dropdown to show a dropdown effectively. Other elements like an off-canvas popup with a mini cart will be equally effective in doing this (in show cart items in mobile mode)

unable to register my theme my hosting account was compromised i installed fresh copy of purchased avada and when i try to register theme i get this message please fix “This purchase code has been locked, as it was used in a manner that violates our license terms. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”

Hi, I made my site live recently using Avada theme and got “New Mobile Usability issues detected” email from Google Search Console. The errors showing are “Text too small to read”, “Clickable elements too close together” and “Content wider than screen” – all errors are on my home page (https://hydronichvac.com/) and another inner page. The theme is responsive and should be optimized for viewing on smartphones and tablets. I searched online and the most common fix (add this code to header area of webpage affected…<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1”>) is already there in the header.

Is there a bug or fix with the theme that I can update and have this error go away? I have not done any customization to the theme so should not be getting this error. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
