Unfortunately, that is not a valid Oxigeno Copy, the only valid Oxigeno copy can be bought through ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/oxigeno-sport-club-and-team-wordpress-theme/21162565

Furthermore, the cause of the problem is probably the fact that sites like this usually publish modified versions of the theme code with malware in it.

You can contact their support first to try to clarify the problem as this is not a legal copy of the theme and we can not provide support for it.

Hi,

You can set a video as a background of the fullscreen section and, if you wish, place the content on top of it. It needs to be muted though as the browsers do not allow background autoplay videos which are not muted.

Alternatively, you can place the video with play controls as content using text box in fullscreen section.

Any kind of thrird party plugin will serve the purpose as well, you can place shortcode on the page using text element.

That section is part of the site footer.

Oxigeno has a unique way of enabling you to create footer. You can create a static page, and add content to it. Then you can use it as a footer template for all pages.

Please find the Footer page field in the Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer, and edit the referenced page as you would any other.

One thing is certain – the referenced code does not come either from the original theme code or the packaged plugins’ code.

Your site has probably been hacked into and you need to first figure out what redirects the users or obstructs the normal site output. Is it part of the site code (theme, plugins) or has it been injected into the site content (database).

We can suggest downloading the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and comparing them to the ones on your web server. Do the same for the packaged plugins.

If they are identical, the problem is most likely within the site content (the malicious code has been inserted into the database).

hello, i have already done that as you mentioned, i complety deleted the Oxigeno folder from theme directory, and copy the recently downloaded one to that folder.

It’s weird, but the code only appears when the Oxigeno theme is activated.

This most likely means that the malicious script might be injected within the content (database).

You can try the following – update Bold Builder plugin to the latest version. Open all static pages and posts within the site in backend editor (wp-admin > pages > edit) one by one and save them again – all BB related data will be sanitized in the publish action, so if the malicious script has been injected in page’s custom css field for example, it will be cleared out.

This might help, but without knowing the exact source of the script we can not be sure.

Please check if your Oxigeno plugin is also updated to version 1.3.0 – the versions of the theme and the plugin should always be the same. If not please update the plugin as well.

So, until the WordPress merges the solution into the distribution, it will keep happening.

The solution for the time being is to go to Plugins panel and manually update the plugins (by clicking update link in the plugins list).
