I bought the theme 2 years ago and tried it under a different domain and site. I deleted this all and wanted to start a new domain, site and project now, but the system is telling me, I have to deregister first. And then the BIG surprise. THEY WANT MORE MONEY!!! This is a CLEAR RIPP OFF! I bought this theme and now they want to charge me AGAIN just to deregister??? Envato should really take actions against such policies.

Either you send me a solution or I will take actions and pass this on to Envato and my lawyer. Deregistering is truelly NO support. But maybe you dont sell enough themes, so you try it this way to make more money.

It is not necessary to extend support to access your account and deregister theme as explained in the article we linked. Also, as we mentioned, if your support expired you can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

Problem solved. But it took a while and a few emails. This could be much better. The theme is really good, the support just medium.

Hi, ich habe das Theme vor einem Jahr gekauft und auf einer alten Domain installiert. Nach einigen Test habe ich es nach paar Tagen wieder gelöscht. Jetzt möchte ich es auf meiner neuen Domain installieren und registrien, bekomme aber die Fehlermeldung, das es bereits registriert ist. Wie kann ich es jetzt erneut anmelden?

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hello, I purchased the cinerama theme. Top Bar Middle Column does not show up in the widget area. even though I created a custom widget. Both Top Bar Right Column and Top Bar Left Column works. Any ideas?

I created a ticket 2 days ago and still have no response. #211807.

The social icons have updated on the inner pages (like I want) but the homepage still shows the default icons.

Also I have updated the timeline with new dates and for the last 4 dates or so, it shows 2023, regardless of what I have set.

This theme looks like a puzzle! Before we buy it Edge was very fast for response; after purchase I only get answers once a 24 hour and they are sometimes not being enough. So, it is consuming too much time because of lack of enough documentation.

Hi, I am super happy with the theme I just have a problem with privacy.

The cookie tools I have used all fail to block the cookies for YouTube and Vimeo on the theme (unless there was consent).

Do you have a recommendation for a cookie plug-in that is compatible with this system?

Guys, you can’t be serious.

I have already tested three different (paid) cookie plug-ins that do not work with the theme.

YouTube and Vimeo are maintained via custom widgets and are thus not blocked if a user objects to the cookies for external media, for example.

I also have no way of activating a private mode for the videos so that no data is collected before the videos are played.

But the correct blocking is the real issue. So with each passing day I have the risk of being sued – and then couldn’t even do anything about it happening again.

The only option would be to use standard widgets, but that would completely destroy the design.

Surely it can’t be that the theme doesn’t support compatible privacy-compliant cookie plugins, or that you don’t test it before you put it out there?!

You have to help me!

Is it possible to convert the theme pages in “templates kits” or to get rid of the codes and get just sections like in imported template kits? Despite I love the theme, I can’t really work with codes and it’s become a nightmare to configure the pages with my own files and texts. Thanks so much for your help.

We have tested the theme and adding Blog Single as Video Blog, entering the Edge video Post Format and adding a video URL and it worked perfectly fine.

We do see that you are using an outdated version of the theme so please update the theme and its plugins according to our tutorial here.

Content you’ve built and options you’ve set won’t be lost once you update the theme. Anyhow, it is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Bought this theme around 9 months ago & really impressed.

Only now I’ve come across an issue – for some reason, Slider Revolution doesn’t seem to be updating. Keeps prompting me to add a licence key & is acting like it’s unregistered. It says:

“There is a new version (6.6.3) of Slider Revolution available. To update directly register your license key now or purchase a new license key to access all premium features.”

Tried deregistering & re-registering the them but that hasn’t solved the issue. Any idea how I can fix this? I understand our support has expired, but this is causing a serious security issue for my client.

Any help would be much appreciated,
