The import does not take the products of the example store, can you send me an xml with them?
Hi,
Products are not imported along with demos. We have generated a file so you can import this, download it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3si59fot2fhs9fs/wc-product-export-8-2-2023-1675877490790.csv?dl=1

Hey, there is RTL demo?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately we don’t have RTL Demos, but it’s possible to easily adjust this by editing the original demos with Elementor.
If you have any questions let us know.
Hi, I’m confused. I uploaded the demo data but how do I choose which demo page I want as my home page? In other themes, there’s usually a section in the backend to select specific demo. I don’t see it in your theme options. I also checked your docs for the theme and don’t see anything in there on how to select specific demo. Can you please guide me?

Awesome job. Congratulations
Thanks!
Is the Revolution slider on the board?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
Shock Theme has its own functions, and it doesn’t need Rev. Slider.
You can customize everything with Elementor.
Shock Theme does not load slow assets like Rev. Slider for example and that’s why it has really high performance.
No need for ACF, Redux, etc. Just the theme and Elementor does all the work.

Hi there,
I’ve used the license to install theme on the local server on my PC.
Now I want to install theme on my subdomain to show it to client, and run some tests for him?
I can’t do that with current license.
I need your help.
Thank you in advance, Nikola
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
On your the local website, go to the Shock Dashboard and click “Deactivate License”.
Now go to the new site and activate your license.
You can keep your license deactivated on the local site without any problems
That should be enough, if you need help let us know.
Hi,
after installing the theme, new plugins are not showing up in my dashboard. Switching to a default theme shows installed plugins. Could you take a look into that and provide a fix?
Best
Hanniball

Hello, taking a general look, it looks incredible. The best theme they have created so far. What will come in future updates?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
At first, new demos are being made and will be available soon.
We’d love to hear from you what can be improved, what’s the best demo, or what new feature would be welcome for the theme.
We’re picking up suggestions here: https://codings.dev/?redirect=shock-suggestions
Cheers.
Thanks for reply. Incluide landing Page?
Hi,
New demos will be available soon. We will include Landing Pages for lead conversion campaigns, among others. However, the theme has dozens of pages that can be converted to Landing Pages.
The Shock Theme has a unique feature that allows you to add Global Sections and customize with Elementor, that is, you can have a page with an exclusive Navbar, Footer, etc. The possibilities are endless… really.

Hello, I sent you an email. gives error 504 when importing the demo.
hosting increased To increase the PHP limits, the one-click importer failed again, but the manual importer worked without a problem. Thanks for the quick response and solution. This was a server related issue and not a theme one. Thanks again. ^^
Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad it worked out well.
Networks with CDN or Proxy, or some security configuration on the web server, can prevent the demos from being imported, requiring manual import which works very wellHere is an example of successful import: https://i.snipboard.io/LkNMCV.jpg
