Hello, how do I take out the “Sign Up to get Latest Updates” section at the bottom of the pages?

Thank you for contacting us.
The “Sign Up to get Latest Updates” section is controlled from the Customizer options,
To remove this section, please follow the steps below:
Go to Dashboard → Enginir Options
Navigate to Footer Options → Footer Big Text Area
Locate the option “Show footer big text area?”
Turn the switch OFF
Click Publish to save changes
Once this option is disabled, the “Sign Up to get Latest Updates” section will be removed from the bottom of all pages.

FYI. There is a bug that crashes the website. I tried to load fresh copy of the theme files and upgraded from PHP 7.4 to 8.3
I had to put ”//” on line 3009 on includes/core.php. It works now but there is a bug you need to fix.

Actually this is not related to PHP v8.3 but the “iconv” extension is missing on your server.
But we solved this by adding optional code. We solved this on our development server. Please create a ticket on our support site so our team will send you updated file.

Website is crashing and giving warning on WP Bakery. You need to update WPBakery as its no longer compatible with new version of Wordpress + PHP 8.1+

Yes you can show secondary menu in the pre-header area but without any dropdown menu. You can show only menu with links but not the submenu.

I installed the theme manually to a dev server. When i moved to production and active the main enginr addons plugin I get a 504 error. Is this a license issue? If so how do i switch my license from my dev site to my production site. I didn’t use envato to install my theme.

I appreciate you responding. I copied the site exactly from the development area of the same server to the production area so the files and database are exactly the same including all plugins and php version. If I login to wp-admin on the dev site with the plugin active I have no issues. If I login to wp-admin on the production site with the plugin active I get a 504 error message. I also found this posted in your help section. It describes a process of unlinking from the old site and linking the license to the new site. How does that process work if I manually installed the theme and didn’t use the process involving the “Envato Market” plugin settings

If I install the themes to my website subdomain for testing, how easy it is to change the themes back to my main website? —You just need to unlink from your old subdomain and link it with the new main site. You can do this from “Envato Market” plugin settings.

We are not setting any restriction with the license key. The Envato Market plugin is developed by ThemeForest team. So I think they may restricted something. But generally it’s not strictly linked with any WordPress setup. You can easily transfer it.

Hi, im using the Enginir theme. When using the accordion every section title starts with a minus. The – is displayed above the title, so that the first two letters of the word are very hard to read. I tried to add empty space to the title of the section, but it does not work for me.

Thanks for pointing this. Actually this is a bug and appears only if you align the icon to the left side. This will be solved with our next update. But you can solve it by adding a CSS code now. Here is the CSS code:
body h4.vc_tta-panel-title.vc_tta-controls-icon-position-left a span {

body .vc_tta.vc_tta-accordion .vc_tta-controls-icon-position-left .vc_tta-controls-icon{
left: 0;
}
Just paste this CSS code in Dashboard > Enginir Options > Additional CSS box and save it. This will solve this issue. Also it will be solved with our next update too. Best regards,
