After having terrible issues with bugs in this theme since before Christmas and struggling to get a solution from you, I have now gone to ask a question in support, to be told that my support has run out and I cannot reply. This is not true, in fact I have another 6 months left that I have paid for…frankly I’m wondering just what else can go wrong at this point. Please respond asap.

I don’t want to create a new ticket – I wanted to reply to the one that has been going on since last year but it states “Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket.” – which is not true. I have emailed you.

How does one get the share buttons on the bottom of the front page? It shows up and works on all pages and all posts but I have yet to find the area where you can have it on the main front page. What am I missing?

Hi, I had long back deleted my old website without deactivating the theme license in the website. Now I have built a new website and tried to activate using my license code. How to get rid of the huge chunks of Inline CSS that’s being generated due to speed optimization. I can understand that you have done this to increase the Page Speed score. But its doing more harm than good and the content/text area is shifted to the bottom of the fold which in turn is affecting crawl budgets. Any advise?

For some reason I can’t login to your support website with the U&P we created yesterday and the reset password email is not being delivered to our email address.
We have disabled the geodirectory plugins and the site is still the same.
The only way the site runs normal is to switch to the other theme installed called Twenty Twenty-Three. That theme even runs fine with the geodirectory plugins activated so it has to be connected to your theme in someway. Thanks

Hi, I get an error on activation because I had install the theme on a subdomain to build my website before I went live. Now that I have it on the main domain I cannot activate the theme because the licence is locked on the old subdomain which is not exist any more…
The message I get is: “This license key has been registered for the domain: https://subdomain.domain.gr please buy a new license.”

For the second time, the theme deletes all its settings by itself and I have to customize it again. It does not happen in any other theme ever.

I have been using Soledad for a few years now, however, off late I have been getting a 502 Bad Gateway/ Server time out because of the plugin WPbakery Page Builder. When disabled the site loads with the code of page builder displayed and is of no help. My server guys inform that the server is optimised and doesn’t have any issue. This has been going on since November 2022. Please help with a solution to this. I’ll greatly appreciate the same. My website is gosumitup.com

2/ Yeah, you can set popular posts to show the popular posts weekly or monthly – and make it’s trending posts. That will be automatic. If you want to set specific posts and assign it’s “trending posts” – It’s easy also, just need to assign it to a tag and filter your posts by this tag.
3/ You can use this free plugin to get it. It’s compatible with our theme.
