I love your template and I want to use it very much, but to be a serious tool the following features are just missing: 1. a dashboard menu management Employer and Employee. Some functions only one needs, the other doesn’t. 2. an employee must see where he has already applied and what is the status. This is really essential! Please add this as soon as possible. Thanks

WOW! Super!

Hi, thank you again for the quick help with my site. But there are still some issues/wishes:

Bug: Saved Jobs – Bookmark – doesn’t work.

I don’t mean to be annoying, maybe I don’t understand something, but my understanding is that this is how a job board works:

An Employer wants to: MISSING: Look the applies he got (nice to have) MISSING: Must not have “Saved Jobs” in the dashboard OK: Buy credits (must have) OK: Post a job (must have) OK: Look how much credits left (must have) OK: Look at the profiles of the registered jobseekers (nice to have) OK: Look and edit the own profile, address, enterprise-name + location, (must have) OK: Look which jobs the employer published (must have)

The Job-Seeker wants to: MISSING: Look (list) where he had already applied MISSING: Upload a resume/CV´s – which he can use for applying MISSING: May not look at the profiles of other appliers MISSING: May not post a job MISSING: May not enter an enterprise OK: Search Jobs – by categories, location, keywords, enterprises OK: Look and search profiles of Enterprises OK: Can apply to job-offers OK: Register and present himself with a profile Doesn’t work: Mark/save Jobs, he want to apply in the future

Perhaps for some users of jobbox make it OPTIONAL for the job-seekers: Look at the prices Have an account Must pay for registering, or posting a “Job-wanted-post” Have orders Have account details Have payment methods

Will you adapt this proposals? Best regards Georg from Vienna

Hi Georg,

Thank you for your response.

We will add these features in our to do list. These features will be added in our future release.

Please keep your theme and theme required plugins updated. Hopefully you will get some features you mentioned.

Finally bought this theme! However, I need help to figure out how to EDIT the JOB TEMPLATES and SHORTCODES. Thanks!

Thank you for your questions.

- For job manager shortcodes, you can follow this Reference – https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/
- To control job templates, you will find job manager settings and customizer settings.

If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.

Pre-sale question for @Jthemes How can you make recruitment and candidates information only available privately? I mean, only users with admin/recruiter level can only see candidate information? Can that be done? Thanks!

Thanks for your questions. Now you can use only publish & private mode.
Currently, we do not have these options. We’ll add an access management system for recruiters & candidates in the next release.

I sent an email for support 3 days ago about your template I used on my website. I’m yet to get any help from you. Please respond.

The dummy content “Lorem Ipsium” still shows despite adding all the content I need. Please advice.

Sorry for the late reply.

We’ve updated your queries, please check your email.

É possível comprar com desconto, eu ia comprar e o preço de 39$ mudou para 49$.

Atualizamos o preço para você, verifique e me avise quando terminar e eu mudarei o preço de volta para o motivo pelo qual foi

Did you made any decision?

For our customers, It’s working exactly same as our demo and we got good ratings so far so I dont know what you are referring to. If you can point out any issues, we are willing to address that.

I don’t want to waste my time on it.

Ok no problem, Thank you :)

In the job page, there is the “apply now” button that opens a pop-up asking some obrigatory fields. My problem is that most of the candidates for a job in my client company DOES NOT HAVE an e-mail address. Is it possible to the “apply now” button calls a form where no e-mail is necessary for the candidate or use an automatic internal e-mail that do not appear in the popup for this function?

Thank you so much for your comment.

Theme has a setting to add an application form using :
- Apply using google form/custom link
- Create application form using contact form7
- Create application form using wp job manager application
- Apply using email
You can set up your own.

If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.

Hi there!

Is there an option to get email alerts for certain job categories. Like ‘place, fulltime, function title’?

Thank you for your email.

Currently we do not have this feature.
We added this feature in our backlogs.
We will add this feature in our near future release.

You will be happy to know that, we are updating our theme regularly by adding new features and bug fixing.

Is it possible to translate the end user interface fields and buttons to Portuguese?

Yes, You can. Jobbox is fully translatable in any language.

there is a problem with the search feature of this theme—> https://prnt.sc/_IUgjPv5wqDb

Hi, does this job board have an import function for jobs (e.g. from Careerjet.com, Indeed.com)? If yes, are the jobs imported into the database or displayed without import via Ajax http-request? Thanks!

No, it doesn’t. We have a plan to add import/export/Clone options in the future release.

Hi,

I ve noticed that you regularly update this theme, wich is very good and gives confidence. It is possible to:

1 – use this theme without Elementor, wich make thi site work slower, but with blocks instead of Elementor? It is much more easier to work with and speed improving.

2 – rely on plugins (other than wp job manager) which update regularly? Now there are some necessary plugins which are old and seems not to be supported anymore.

Those two things could convince me to make the switch from the theme I use now (even if I tried and bought your lovely theme)

Thanks!

Florin

Thank you so much for instructions.

Regarding using Elementor instead of blocks: Why would you have another plugin which will slow down your site (Elementor) when you have blocks? Why don t you keep things simple as blocks ar a built in wordpress feature?

I appreciate your concern, and you raise a valid point. Elementor is indeed an additional plugin, and it can impact site performance. However, some users prefer Elementor for its extensive customization options, drag-and-drop interface, and additional features beyond what native blocks offer. Blocks, being a built-in WordPress feature, are lightweight and efficient. They provide simplicity and work well for many users.

Thank you for your feedback. I will seriously discuss this matter with our project manager. We continuously evaluate our approach to ensure the best experience for all users. If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Hi, Thank you so much for your kind answer!

Do we need to pay for the job manager addons for advanced features or does the theme add those features without the addons?

No, it does not. You do not need to purchase addons separately. All add-ons are already included in our theme-required plugin.

Does it can plugin into mobile app android and ios

No, this is only a web application. But the plugin is fully mobile-friendly.

Hi Team, I have sent a few messages now since last week. Would appreciate the feeback. VK

Thank you for your email. We have released a new version. Added candidate and employer registration. You can check the updated version.

Please keep your theme & theme required plugin to get these features. If you have more questions please let us know.

Hi, If an application for a job is received, where can I see it on the admin interface?

Where can I turn off the preloader animation?

Hi, Thank you for your comment.

If you use the default application system please go to Jobs Manager > Application on your admin panel. Otherwise you can find the “Job Application” menu on your admin panel.

Currently there is no option to turn off preloader animation. We will add this setting in the next release within a few days.

If you have more questions please let us know. We are ready to help you.

Best Regards Jim

Why are you taking so long to answer man, the costumer support is being awful, if you could just answer with a comment, “I will get to you later or smth like that, its the 3rd time I text the support and they’re not answering.

We regularly want to reply to all of our respectable clients within 24 hours of time. Sometimes query traffic becomes higher & sometimes the support team needs to collaborate with the developer team. In that case, we failed to reply in time.

We are planning to support items from our website, I hope it will work better for both sides.

Hi, I am looking to get this theme, but I want to use it for something else and not as a job board. Same functionality but different terminology . Can all the lables be changed? instead of company to have app? or the main search box to only be a text search?

The same search box in the Job board will not be working for other post-type searches, If you send us details of your requirements we can add more search features in the next release.

Is there a way to make jobs by categories align in height, cuz when the category name is too long the card height changes and its doesn’t align with the other cards. Can you give me some additional CSS I can add to fix that problem. Thank You

You can email me with wp-admin access info, so I can assign a developer to make it updated quickly. You can email us :: jakjim@gmail.com

After applying for a job using the WP job Manager Form Where can I see the application in the WP dashboard ?

It seem that this answer is not match the question.
