Hi, I’ve jsut bough this theme and try to use it on my brand new wordpress website hosted using hostinger.
As mentionned by @t4×0n, Unyson is not available for download directly on wordpress, i’ve then downloaded it on their website and uploaded it directly on wordpress.
I’ve tried many times to load the demo content bu unfortunetly it systematically fail and i have the following message
1 second ago Files Export: The execution failed. Please check error.log
my config is the following : Unyson 2.7.28 php 8.2 memoryLimit: 1536mb postMaxSize: 1024mb maxInputTime: 1000 uploadMaxFilesize: 1024mb
Is there any workaround ? Otherwise can you provide a xml file containing the demo data so that i can use the One Click Demo Import plugin ?

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

Possible bug just appeared – portfolio list in the admin under title displays the WPBakery code. It wasn’t doing this previously. Only shown on the portfolio list. My support has expired but don’t want to renew support yet as I think this may be a bug recently introduced.

If i use kindslife-old.zip on the latest theme download, will it update safely? Do i need to know something else before i proceed with the update?

We generally do not provide support for older version of the theme and instead suggest that updating to the latest version of kids-life will be best practice
Note: Old theme ( version 2.4 and old version) users who like to switch to the new version (4.2) of our kids-life theme, need to use the theme on a fresh site only. The old theme data cannot be used with the new version of the theme.
