Hi , I just sent a support ticket but I wonder if you know if there is a bug with the header? My header is showing differently on my shop page compared to the rest of the pages. My logo is tiny and the text in the navigation is white, not gold. I have been using flatsome for years but I cannot figure this issue out and there seems to be no reason why the header is different on some pages and not others. Thanks!

Your technical assistance needs a huge adjustment. The response “Let me login and mess around with your site” is NOT an answer. Some of us are working with a client and we need fixes, we don’t need you screwing with the site we’re creating. Just give the answer on how to fix the problem with the theme that You created.

I shouldn’t take 2 days to get a response on how to fix a problem. I’m working on a timeline here.

I Have brought your theme 3 times, and used it. Currently im facing an issue with the instagram feed. Im getting this error:

I hired a developer to create my website , He used Flatsome , after giving me access to my website ; I found an error “flatsome code malformed” I asked Him he told that he had a License of 100 website that flatsome provides , Something I searched for But I didn’t find anything about it . so I’m contacting you to know if the info is legit.

I have a problem with shop page product categories titles showing wrong name and on single product page displaying wrong category in breadcrumbs. Products have multiple categories set for Single Product, each of them set one to as primary category.

Problem: 1) ON SHOP PAGE – wrong product category title. Shows from all selected categories always the first one In ASC order. Should show selected primary category. 2) ON SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE – wrong product category in breadcrumb. Shows from all selected categories always the first last one. Should show selected primary category.

Selected primary product Category not working! I tried with Storefront Theme and there i have no Problem.

I followed the doc https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/391-how-to-create-a-mega-menu-dropdown to create the custom menu, but there no “Design”, “UX block”, and “Reveal” options in the step “Enable the custom menu layout”, my version is 3.16.5, wordpress is 6.1.1
